Which one is best to buy?
Accusure XL
Or Omron NE-C106.
Performance wise omron NE-C106 is best, but it doesn't comes with chamber for storage, flow regulator also price is higher.
Accusure XL will be a value for money option as it is economical,
but at times it's sound level is on a higher side and more over quality of chamber lid is not upto the mark.
My personal opinion is Omron.

These equipments usually get their warranty from there authorised dealers, so you can get in touch with them,
In case you purchase it online, Amazon/ Flipkart customer support centre will do the same.
Time taken to finish medicine is already described in video.
