I eat dimsum every wednesday and friday, by the look of your food there, i wasnt fan of it. Dimsum should look pretty, like a little work of art, u eat dimsum with ur eyes first. Dimsum used to be King snack, thats why its always look classy and expensive.
My favorite is always Xiao Long Bao, Hakao and Cha Siu Bao.

@@JosiahEats That's unusual. I've been eating dim sum for like 50 years now and I've never seen the paste that color. Usually it's a dark red color because it's a sweet red bean paste. I LOVE dim sum. One of my favorite foods in the world. For 1:40, I don't believe that you got the egg custard buns. Because normally it doesn't run like that. The egg custard buns are sweet and creamy. What I believe that you ordered is the the salty egg yolk lava bun. It's an explosion of sweet and savory that hits your palate at once and it's so good. It's called lava bun because when you open it up, it starts oozing out. It's one of my favorite choices. The spareribs that you tried at 2:20 are pork spareribs (not beef) steamed in black bean sauce. They usually have Chinese sausage inside the filling for the sticky rice too. They don't make it sticky like that. The rice is naturally sticky which holds all of the filling inside. It's also known as "glutinous rice" or "sweet rice", if you are looking for this at an Asian market. What you tried at 4:43 are shrimp and chive dumplings pan fried. One of my favorites. Chicken feet (5:44) is another one of my favorites. You're suppose to eat them with your chopsticks, not your fingers. You just bite off each joint and eat the skin and cartilage. Eat everything on it except the bones, of course. It's delicious. For the crepe noodle, you are suppose to get a small piece off the roll and dunk it in the sweet soy sauce on the plate. The sauce is what makes it delicious.
