I had a heart attack 6 months ago at the ripe age of 35. Needless to say the doctor telling me "You're the 2nd youngest patient I've ever had" shook me to my core. I'm now beginning my journey to get healthy and unclog the smaller arteries in my heart. Had to get 4 stents and I still got 90-100% blockage in the smaller ones that can't be stented. It's going to be a long, hard road.
Change your diet completely cut out meats and all processed foods chips junk foods etc etc…. Practice intermittent fasting…. You will see & feel the difference arteries will open up as well overall healing ❤️🩹 God Bless
Have you not been tested for a genetic disorder like familial hypercholesterolaemia? 35 is very young. Anyone else in your family have a heart attack at a young age?
@@hdrevolution123 Yeah that's what he thought. He said I probably have some type of gene where I just absorb way more than I should in my bloodstream. Cherry on top is I actually cut out sugar after realizing just how much over my DV I was consuming out of fear of getting diabetes as I was consuming like 200% my DV. I didn't worry too much about fat and cholesterol since I was pretty much only getting like 30-50% of my DV of cholesterol and that's what ended up being the thing to wreck me. But I never went in to get a test for that. It does run in my family though. Dad had a heart attack, then had another one and died in his 60s. Mom has had a few strokes and has needed stents. So yeah, it's genetic.
I bought the same machine last April great machine lots of exerxises you can do, I made a stand for the landmine so I could use it as a belt squat.....great video.
Your Demo is fantastic! To me, i feel this video was much better than the silent Demos from the manufacturer. I appreciate your cautions as well. My one minor correction is, it sounds like you're saying "Subo" squat with the Landmine. The correct term is Sumo. The squat is similar to the stance used by Japanese Sumo wrestlers. You both use excellent form and the physical results are testsment to your knowledge and work
We definitely refer to it as a “sumo squat”, but I’ve noticed a few times where our Spanish accent mixes with our English and it could sound a bit off 🙃
I like the ritfit m1 a little better I think, but I also think major fitness has more aftermarket parts for it. I'm not sure if they would fit the m1 but they're pretty much identical racks for the same price currently. Im torn.
I am considering purchasing this equipment for my home gym but have concerns due to my height. I am 6'6 and plan on incorporating pull-ups in to my routine. Thoughts?

Hello Frank, can you do a tour of your home gym and equipment?... thanks for this review. Blessings 👍🍀✨️✅️
Awesome review, thank you!
Do you guys now if the smith bar has bearings to slide better?
hey frank love the review - just one question. i noticed most of the weight was light. how does the machine feel with heavier weight?
What do you use to lubricate these machines? I'm sure they do require some sort of lubrication.
This man la real jacked and strong, he looks like olympics gymnast
Sarcasm? 🤔

Hi! Do you have another discount code? I tried using it above and it didn’t work. Thank you!
Very good Frank 👊👊
Looks like the code you posted no longer works. Do you have a new one?
what resistance band was she using on the pull ups? My wife also has a bad back, wanting to try this
I was using the Lebert Fitness resistance band.

I need one with a landmine attachment.
Ye s this one comes with one 🤙🏽

What's your body fat percentage?
Home gym looking about the size of a warehouse. Got to love Americans. 😂
I smoke, I can exercise
Nice tutorial guys but you sir when doing bench press let it touch your chest thats the right way to do it just saying.
I wasn't able to until I was flexible enough. It caused shoulder pain. I used those stretchy gym bands to increase flexibility
