Bourbon Tasting: Blind Barrels Release VIII

I recently stumbled across Blind Barrels (blindbarrels.com/) and decided to purchase their quarterly whiskey subscription. Here's the gist: Blind Barrels sends four blinded whiskey sample bottles, typically from smaller and craft distilleries. Once you are done with your blind tasting, you scan the QR code to reveal what each of the samples is. And then, if you find something you enjoy, you can purchase from the Blind Barrels website.
Jamie Rund joined me for this blind tasting, and we both enjoyed the experience. It was a great way to try some new whiskeys that I've never heard of. Looking forward to the next blind box.
