You mentioned inbound marketing as an option and showed the keyword example for SEO retail etc, if you were creating that content would this not be website content and a bit confused as the video was strategies for those without a website!
This was about content on such website like Quora and Medium. You can post some knowledgeable content there, while still targeting niche keywords. In this way your potential clients will search for these keywords and find your professional answers to their possible questions, which can convert them into potential leads later on. Hope that helps.

I always thought about job posting method :0), but has not try it yet, I think this could be easy way to get clients
I think it can work well for individual contractors or small teams. But I think it can also give the wrong impression if you're a mid-sized/bigger agency. For me, I ended up with a cool job at Ahrefs and left my agency. Better lifestyle fit for me in my current stage in life :)

When you used to run an agency, how did you cope up with the competition?
My scenario was a little bit different to be very honest. In the beginning, it was a grind where we'd take on virtually any job we could get (ie. design and social media related projects). Partnerships changed that quite a bit, so leads/customers came in from sources where our competitors weren't looking. Case studies/results helped in the sales process from qualified lead.

Regarding the video, i'm a bit struggling in one thing : here in my country, the online business is not very competitive (or it's some huge multinational companies). Would you have an advice on how i can create the interest in more companies for SEO? I have a cool convertion rate but it can always be better. Greeting from Belgium!
Outreach is big. I don't know the market in Belgium at all, so I don't want to give any advice that could lead you in the wrong direction. From my experience, it's all about value proposition. A lot of brick and mortar businesses don't quite understand the value of search. In my opinion, the greatest selling point is results for similar businesses. Not necessarily competing, but similar.
Something we tried early on was to give unconditional guarantees. ie. [this set of results] or your money back. It wasn't something we used in our initial pitch and yea...it was a bit arrogant if I'm completely honest, but to my best knowledge, we only had 1 or 2 refunds. And that was poor judgement on my part for the job we took on.

I like your simple explanation. Sam, you're good. I think the biggest mistakes for new entrepreneurs is they pay attention to earn money immediately. It doesn't work like this because of the level of competition. Customers don't pay money if they don't know you. Earning trust is more important. Provide value and help people.

I won’t recommend any particular tool for this here but find one that allows you to screen record, allows you to add a clickable CTA and tracking. Embed that on video on your site.
Doing so will make it possible to retarget these types of leads with advertising - though, if you can get them on a call you’re going to have a much higher CR.
Nice trick. But you still need to have a website where the video will be embedded.

Ahrefs Correct. Unless you’re using Loom or Dubb, which will self host your video and allow for a CTA and tracking as well. You won’t be able to retarget with advertising but you can still get savvy with your sales.

This was one of the best video about getting new clients, I wanna add case studies as well which can give you lots of clients.
You have to participate in different niche relevant forums and help others, after month or two share your case study their.
This is method that I have used to get clients recently.
Like one of my case study "How we grow traffic from 10k organic visitors to 100k in a month" give me some high ticket clients. But you should be expert in your field before posting any case study or getting any client.

too bad that email template has been overused. Gotta innovate if you want to get your prospects attention.
It might be useful to stick to a concept of template, use it like a plan on what kind of information to be included. But every outreach e-mail will have much more chances to be answered if you add some value and personal touch, which is not possible to achieve with a template most of the time.
