@ Sometimes I find cold whisking actually helps tone down the bitterness and astringency (learned that from tiktok actually), though if you prefer a strong matcha flavor it is better to brew with hot water. Perhaps you can try it on your least favorite matcha. But hopefully you won’t be in a situation where you don’t have any hot water or internet again to try it 😅
@ For now I’m just doing it on patches of embroidery fabric and you fasten it to a ring. I’m still getting the hang of it. It’s very cool because there are so many different stitches to learn so you can make it look very textured 😊
