- HERE’S MY ROOM! and my college move in day vlog… i’ll be a freshman at grand valley state university and i’m so excited for my first day of classes this year is going to be amazing I can already tell.
big thanks to my parents, mere, and jacob for helping me move my stuff in! I didn’t show you guys much of my off-campus apartment i’m living in with my friends cause there was A LOT to do setting up my room… but y’all know you’ll see it soon!

As someone from Europe, the way americans make their beds really confuses me. All these comforters, sheets, duvets, blankets... I just don't get it😂

I love the weight of a bunch of blankets, but in the summer I usually just have a sheet, blanket, and light duvet cover!
As an American, I’m also confused as I sleep on top of my comforter and blankets and pillows with a light blanket because I’m too lazy to make my bed

@@shazamasoud9167 Usually you do that on your graduation day, the week of graduation, or within two weeks (if you live away and have to ship it). Unless she graduated and within two weeks moved into college and started then it's a little crazy that she gets moving out of your mom's house gifts.

Wow, so nice. When I moved to off campus housing we lived in a small house. There were 5 other people. It was an old house with drawers built into the wall. In the winter I'd take my sweater out of the drawer and it'd be cold lol. My bed also broke and they propped it up on one end using an ironing board lol But it was a huge bed none of us could move so I made it work.
the house also had spotty electricity & one of the ladies rooms didn't have any heat. So ghetto lol
But it was affordable so you do what you gotta do
