The Rudri Barrage is the oldest barrage in the Chhattisgarh state.The new barrage takes 10 years to complete, the work of the new barrage was started in 1984 and completed at 1994 but the old barrage was constructed by the british government .The Rudri barrage is the main irrigation source for the nearly districts and for the command area. The real name of the rudri barrage was Dr. Khub chand Baghel New Barrage . The barrage was located at Rudri , Dhamtari , Chhattisgarh,India.
