I'm really disappointed with your service. I saw your A to Z fish store video and immediately called at 11 PM to hold an Alligator Gar fish for me, as I’m coming from Mallepally, which is quite far. You assured me over the phone that it would be held for me until Friday. However, when I arrived, I was told the fish was sold out.
I’ve been a long-time subscriber of Akram Dairy Farm and expected better communication. Is this how you treat all your customers? This is my first experience, and I’m quite let down. Please improve your customer service for future clients.
