I am glad I waited because I was never going to change my smart doll's eyes but now it seems easier! getting Kanata in June
I'd say look into SMD Experten's "kani kit" it's so much better, and most likely cheaper. You can actually move the eyes around after installing

The video is very interesting, well done. However, sometimes the music is a bit too loud. English is not my native language. I have to concentrate a lot to understand and with the music a little loud it is even more difficult. But anyway, thanks for the video, I can't wait for this product to be available because I suck at changing my doll's eyes. Each time it takes me 30 min, so I only do it very rarely because it exhausts me

I watched to see if there is a how to remove the eye cradle after it's been in the head for a while with 3 putty dots holding in. I don't see that here, but guess is to warm up the head a bit? I tried today to take out a head cradle and it would not budge. 👀
