It was a privilege to watch the original C9 roster play in Culver City against Fnatic in the Season 3 quarterfinals. Cloud 9 achieved success with the then radical strategy (in NA) of focusing on objectives and not KDA. They were also one of the quietest teams on the stage, having played together so long that minimal communication was necessary. Seven years later, Cloud 9 is still showing NA how to get things done. Thanks for the autographs and photos, guys.

Same! First time I watched any competitive LOL (and I was like: "rly? those guys are playing it proffessionally? rly?? that exists??") was bo5 TL vs C9 2015. They were down 2:0 but it ended 2:3.

current wins obviously unless classic gets time to practice then maybe classic would have a chance. more than mechanics synergy is everything. classic c9 still have good synergy as proven by this match.
I think it'd just be cool to see more classic/throwback games in general. Old Curse, old CLG, old Dig.

I don't use social media ever but I just want Sneaky to know, as a guy who grew up in Apopka, Fl and witnessed the iteration of Cloud 9 that turned me from a TSM fan into a Cloud 9 fan for life that you inspired me and you will always be my fav Cloud 9 player. I'm a silver adc main at best but I always look up your guides to understand how to play the game . I wear my white and blue Cloud 9 jersey with pride, I love this team and you 5 are the reason why. Not just Sneaky but top to bot you are the greatest team that's ever taken to the rift. Zac jung...same... Elise jung... same... MEME DREAM TEAM!
That being said, I hope that you guys also believe that the current Cloud 9 roster can take the crown and vindicate all your hard work and reinforce the legacy that YOU built #C9DESEREVESTHECUP. NA=C9

It's sad that even C9 Classic understand fully how strong 1 3 1 is when most of the current LCS has no clue how to approach it with baron and elder active.

Feel like to even the teams out bjerg shoulda played on the tsm side (seeing as meteos still plays competitively n sneakys only been out a year but still ranks pretty high as an adc in na currently) tsm were at a disadvantage especially when u consider oddone doesnt even really play league anymore lol n when he did he wasnt top 10 jglers in na maybe in his prime but never number 1..

Its fine. The team members were obviously just going for it to have fun. Sneaky still plays in Challenger and does pretty well, and you could see a couple plays he went for were just for fun. Its like a friendly, for soccer(football) games in FIFA
