This has been my life. This is so hopeful and very promising. I'm just so mad they are suppressing it and not helping us. Your kids and the youth are dying and most of my friends killed themselves
Based on presentation, suramin treats CDR by “blocking” ATP leaks out of cell. Is there any lab test that actually check/shows evidence of such leak? This way it will be possible to know if this treatment relevant or not. Thank you.

There is some evidence that autistic children may suffer from chronic lyme infection and other intercellular infections such as chlamydia. If the CDR is blocked, this could lead to increased growth of these bacteria within the cells and thus lead to other problems or to a total breakdown of the whole system
I'm positive that I read somewhere that he encourages the tackling of the infection first to see if that leads to a resolution (with issues such as cfs, maybe autism too) and then treating with this after if that does not work.

What was the extract that gave the first instance of Suramin? What are the other compounds similar to it? What can parents get their hands on right now? It's a disorder that seems to have disease like behavior in that it brings about common symptoms across thousands of people (sensory issues, stimming/flapping, language issues, social issues).
