Real Estate Monthly Statistical Update December 2023

This month, we’re covering:
monthly home sales volume, which fell back in September 2023,
down 20% from a year earlier;
year-to-date sales volume, down 26% from 2022 as of September
2023; and
inventory for sale, which remains at extreme lows in 2023, a
reflection of seller reluctance to list.
