I would love to see your take on how a man can design a masculine stylish home, I still have mine decorated with my serial killer & monster action figures & horror memorabilia. Interested in how you would suggest a guy can incorporate his action figures etc in a mature & stylish way. Thanks 🙏
Great advice all around. I have a another trick for projecting confidence in unfamiliar situations: Tell yourself this is just practice. The first time I had to do a radio interview, TV interview, and deliver a keynote address to about 1,000 people, I was very nervous. So I told myself that these first appearances were just practice runs for the NEXT time I needed to do this. I pretended I was confident in each situation, but since I was only "practicing," I wasn't so freaked out. When I stumbled or forgot a point, I could then be easier with myself. When the TV interview went well, they wanted me back, so again I said I was practicing for when I would appear on a bigger network, which I did. Turned out to be a good little lifehack for all sorts of situations.
I am a flight surgeon for the Air Force. As such, I value commitment and accountability. Find a mission in life that you can get behind. Find a niche within that mission. Take as much accountability for that as you can. As time goes on, you build up a knowledge base and become more confident in yourself. Become comfortable asking yourself questions you don't know and get into the habit of looking up answers and asking your network for different perspectives. You derive a sense of satisfaction for being the one people go to for your mission. Your initial confidence fosters trust others have in you, which will roll into even greater confidence for you. Although I don't claim to know everything about flight medicine, I am the individual everybody comes to to find the answer because they have faith in me that I know how to find it. Find something you're passionate about, take accountability to the greatest degree you can, build that knowledge base, and people will put their faith in you, which will make you more confident than you ever thought you could be.
My mission is to protect others. I spent 15 years in corporate management and got tired of making money for other people. In my early 30’s, with two kids, I began a law enforcement career in a major southern city. I realized I was a protector and followed F Scott Fitzgerald’s advice and changed my life path. I am in my 20th year and am a Homicide detective, the ultimate responsibility for a lawman. You are so correct, you must know your core values to be your best and thrive when life presents challenges. I found my mission and am forwarding your video to my son in the Air Force, who is still discovering who he is, and my son who is struggling to find himself. Thank you for this video and keep up the great work👍🏻
I am someone who started as a retail trainee and worked about 4 Years in the same company so that I finally have the opportunity to lead an entire store all by myself. Mostly I work this hard because I want my son to have a great childhood and later in his life I want him to look up to me and see that if you want something you can do it. I had much trouble my way up, dealing with depression and things like that but now it got all better and I cannot deny that your videos didn't help me growing over my former self. So thank you very much as well!
Core to myself is my faith. I am a youth pastor. My core mission in life is living out my faith by helping others, particularly youth, to find and develop their faith in God.
Check out Portugal: Army, Navy, Air Force, GNR Elite forces: Commandos, Rangers, Paraquedistas Military colleges: Colégio melitar and Instituto dos Pupilos do Exército.
I'm a theatrical fight director and teacher (stage combat, physical theatre, etc) and I've learned a lot about myself on this very niche journey, and my values: Inspiration: with students and actors alike, sparking their creative process, and guiding/focusing it so they can be their best. Kindness: I learned this from my favorite book (God Bless You, Mr Rosewater by Kurt Vonnegut). From a "baptism" speech for a pair of twins. "On the outside, babies, you've got about a hundred years left here, and there's only one rule I know of: goddammit, you've got to be kind." The power of story: more than anything, I'm a storyteller, and I teach people how to do that. Stories inspire, teach, entertain, and preserve. Our bodies die, and so what remains is what we truly are; a collection of stories.
Im curious of new things in life. Im not scared of any job. Used to do many when Im only 26 years old. I started a small family, I want to be best husband/dad that I can be, protecting my family and handling all the problems. I try to follow God in every move in my life, though it can be hard sometimes. I always wanted to be a musician of some sort and thats what im pursuing right now. Decided sometime ago to go all in on that. I want to be the person that everyone knows he's solid and can be counted on. I know i need much more learning, but I have niche (music) that keeps me confident and i try to build my life around solid fundaments. Thanks Antonio for everything. You change my life
Faith, Service, and Integrity. First and foremost I'm a Christian and my faith is what guides me. I'm not perfect by any means, but it's my faith that's my bedrock. I grew up in Boy Scouts and the Scout Oath and Law as well as the Obligation of the Order of the Arrow still shape what I do. I'm proud to say I'm an Eagle Scout and a Vigil Honor recipient. Those values led me to my current career as a paramedic. Lastly I do my best to be a man of my word and a man who will show by example what it means not just to be a man, but to be a good man.
Related to slowing down is Joe Navarro's advice - when you are confident and in position of authority, you can take your time answering, speaking, gesturing, etc. Don't drag it out like a slow-mo but move and speak slower than usual so the pauses between your words keep the audience engaged
Professionally, as a criminal prosecutor, I prosecute violent felony cases. I truly try to seek justice. Many times, that is taking the worst of the worst in our society and putting them some place where they can't hurt our community. Sometimes, it's recognizing that a non-violent offender needs drug help and giving the first time offender that opportunity. Personally, I strive to be the best husband and father that I can. I try to set a good example for them in the way I carry myself.
I think you and I spoke about subjects that could be drilled down to “Slowing Down.” Knowing what you want to say, and saying it while avoiding the filler words or phrases like, “You know,”“Um,” “I think…””you know…” etc. Love that is was simplified to having someone slow down. Don’t match the other persons intensity or passion, but level the playing field and showing respect allows yourself to not only be vulnerable with someone, but lets the other person see you for who you are and how you want to be seen. Thank you for all you do, Antonio.
I'm a high school English teacher and a father to two young men. My values are honesty and guiding my students and sons to be true to themselves, to strive for excellence and to instil in others a sense of their own intrinsic value. Being aware of those attributes in myself is vital to nurturing them in others. Loving your chanel and looking forward to future videos.
Knowing who you are is confident. Not being paralyzed for being different, just being authentic and being excited and optimistic. Loving people is dope and shows confidence. Building someone up by bringing yourself down a little I don't me putting yourself down but by being humble and generous with your appreciation of the other person. Confidence is trusting that you are dope and others will like you, and if they don't, that's alright because you are amazing.
I believe in being a full grown adult man, having integrity, taking responsibility, having a vision and seeing through. That vision may change over time, but if you’re flexible, I believe you can have the strength to adapt. Life can throw you curve balls. The trick is having a big enough mitt to keep playing the game.
My core values are integrity, loyalty & fidelity, and justice. I believe in speaking truth to power, even when I'm the only person in a room who will do it. Often I know I'm not the only person who thinks it, but if you have the ability and temperament to speak up, I believe you also have an obligation to. Say what needs saying and mean it. That's especially important when advocating for others. Every great movement in human history required allies not most directly impacted by its success. Be better.
I currently load trucks for a major retail company. I am working towards getting my real estate license so I can do better to provide for my fiancée and the family we’re build. That’s my why. My core values are hard work, intelligence, responsibility, respect, and above all else, integrity
I work in aeronautics. My company struggles with internal communications. Being timid myself, I use an alter ego at meetings to stabilize the pace and intensity of the exchanges. Proper communication is key to growth. LISTEN, EXCHANGE, RESPECT.
My mission as a man is to be someone who can be relied upon based on loyalty and integrity. I have three children who look up to me and always want to be that figure in their lives. I also want to look that way for my coworkers, where we face many dangerous conditions at the workplace; that they can trust me with their lives.
Right on, Antonio! I ended my 2015 TEDx Talk with the following phrase: "Stand for something meaningful; the rest will fall into place." If not for our core values, who the hell are we?
I am a Child of the God of Abraham, Jacob, and Joseph. This is my foundation. All things work together for good to those who are in Christ. Antonio im encouraged by you to look good knowing who I am.
Having heard the Simon Sinek youtube video “Know you why” I then purchased and read the book. I like to help people get the best out of themselves by facilitating a work environment of inclusiveness and allowing people to make mistakes that help them learn.
Your videos have helped me so much. I thank you for that. One thing I'd like you to try and cover is gloves! Not bulky winter gloves, but those stylish ones that gangsters and other high profile people will wear with their trench coats or blazers. They look badass but I rarely ever see anybody pull it off.
Inside Out one of the most important Disney movies ever made. 🧠 Introduces kids to the idea of aspects of mind. Great mention Antonio. As for wearing clones, there's also the thought of getting the better of greedy brands that overcharge for inexpensive formulas. Actually could give one a boost. Especially if it's complimented more readily than the expensive product. The perceptual trick is to just think of a smell as a smell, and not the product of a brand name. You also nailed...slowing....down.... Often percieved as a sign of comfort and relaxation in a situation, it would easily be my #1. In my experience, stressed people always seem to respond favourably to those who move with a leisurely yet deliberate grace. Combine it with a ☺ and watch the magic happen.
Here is the deal. You need posters. Like the 76 rules of wedding crashing. I can’t remember all of these so sell me some damn posters I can put up in the closet. Thanks much.

I’m not a male, yet I enjoy this station, (I accidentally found this station and have listened to many of the really good videos).. I agree with much of what you are saying, Thanks for educating the guys..Great info💋
Self deprecation is also way tk be confident and approachable. We need more of that in the world today. The ability to laugh at yourself lightens the load so to speak..
My purpose in life is to teach people how to better themselves through the natural world, more specifically through foraging. I have been foraging for years and it cured my depression so I've made it my goal to show people this skill and help people feel confident, powerful and strong using nature. I started a youtube channel (on another account) and I'm working on creating a product that can teach people about it in a very easy way.
I work in IT. I've worked my way up from Tech support to Senior Consultant based on one central principle: Its OK to make mistakes as long as you learn from them. I endevour to never make the same mistake twice.
I am a man seeking to ease the burden for the parents of my nieces and nephews. A soft spoken man with an imposing physicality. One that helps other veterans not just out of compassion but because of spite for the VA that would rather let them die.
I stand for those who might need me, now or in the future. And I build myself in every way I can - knowledge, experience, strength, courage… to try and be the person I needed when I was lost. Partly from knowing what it was like and the lonely struggles, and partly out of the fear of one day not being strong enough and knowing I could have been there for someone if I had tried harder over the years and become better for them. Great video as always sir
I work retail sales in the firearms industry, a role that requires the ability to form and maintain genuine relationships with others, uphold high ethical standards of honesty and accuracy, and operate from the understanding that my success is dependent on helping my customers be successful in their search for the right product or service. On a daily basis, I work with everyone from total newcomers to senior subject matter experts and all points in between. (I love my work, by the way - very fulfilling). One of my main core values is reeling in the pride and staying aware that while I do know a lot, I don't know everything. There is no shame in saying, "I don't know - but I can find out for you..." and then following through on that promise. This builds up the customer and leads to increased mutual trust and respect. Everybody wins. Part of the 7 Virtues: (1) humility, (2) charity, (3) chastity, (4) gratitude, (5) temperance, (6) patience, and (7) diligence. Thanks, Antonio!
After I joined the police as a response officer at just 19 I had to learn to be self confident very quickly before drowning in the job, great advice overall.
Wow! Holy smokes I’ve been searching for something this to the point- year so impactful. The great thing about this is it can be geared to all genders and ages. Awesome!!!!
I love this channel, even though I am a woman, it impresses me how a man has this channel to learn to be an example to follow, you draw and give guidelines to follow in order to have the ideal man by our side. from Spain with love
Taking on a confident persona definitely helps. At work, where I'm a subject matter expert, I have to ooze confidence even if I'm not 100% sure of my answers. Fortunately, in my field, problems and therefore solutions are often fluid, so as long as I keep looking confident my solution was always the right solution even through all the chaos of the project. ;)
Great tips you have there on confidence Antonio. I particularly love the tips about using your hands, also when looking away moving your gaze to the side and not down and slowing the speed you speak at. 👍
I know it's a little late but I'll throw it out there anyway. I believe in being yourself and not being afraid to admit you don't know everything...but being willing to learn new things is also important. I like this channel and agree with a lot of what is presented, but as a blue collar boy it's difficult to class up the act if that's what you do all day everyday! I have picked up some very useful information from watching these videos and you keep them entertaining as well which is appreciated.
Amazing channel by the way 👏. Question: how do you mix humor with confidence? I'm learning not to be so serious and throw in humor, but also remaining confident.
My Core Values are the values I learned in the Army. I have made a life of serving others in the Military, Public Service, and Law Enforcement. I know what I'm made of and what I stand for
Great Video - thanks for taking the time to make this kind of content. I'm a Navy vet now teaching IT. I value integrity, motivation, and courage. My mission is simply to be a net positive to those I meet.
I believe my core values are a good night sleep, eating good food quality time with the people you care about. I also believe it's important for the older generation to mentor the younger generation.
I love your Videos. The body language is so important and advanced me in dates, at my family and friends and also in my job as a project manager. It makes me apearing much more stronger and that's what I stand for: being a strong and loyal partner - in private and in Business!
Well said on point 5 - people do judge us by what we wear. It is like saying "it is what's inside that counts, not looks". Yeah right, but we are attracted firstly to looks! Why do I fancy Audrey Tautou?? Because she is hot!
My core value in life is to fight animal cruelty by decreasing the amount of homeless animals and by not promoting their exploitation. I believe in the future of in-vitro grown meat as a widespread substitute for animal farming. As an engineer in training, I am building my skills to be able to contribute to this technology.
Amazing video with really deep and meaningful message, wonderful job Antonio, keep it up! Been really loving this type of videos from you on top of having all of the fashion content. On the other hand your humor with the genius editing was the icing on the cake for me. Some of the the stuff had me laughing hard 🤣 Especially Antonio forming signs from Naruto, who knows, knows 😏 Also, this edit with your laugh never gets old, excellent meme material.
No regrets, not no regrets like do wild things. Just, if I was a stranger looking at myself, would I feel like I had to defend something against my own judgement?

There is no shame in saying, "I don't know - but I can find out for you..." and then following through on that promise. This builds up the customer and leads to increased mutual trust and respect. Everybody wins. Part of the 7 Virtues: (1) humility, (2) charity, (3) chastity, (4) gratitude, (5) temperance, (6) patience, and (7) diligence. Thanks, Antonio!

Great video! so kind of you to create this for guys like myself🎉
Some very interesting points raised🙌
That bad gesture clip really got me. 🤣🤣🤣
Great video Antonio. 👌
#1 @ something. Bo knows!
I appreciate you, Martha!
Excellent advice!
Taking on a confident persona definitely helps. At work, where I'm a subject matter expert, I have to ooze confidence even if I'm not 100% sure of my answers. Fortunately, in my field, problems and therefore solutions are often fluid, so as long as I keep looking confident my solution was always the right solution even through all the chaos of the project. ;)
Sneaking in that clip of you benching two plates. I see you.
Great tips you have there on confidence Antonio. I particularly love the tips about using your hands, also when looking away moving your gaze to the side and not down and slowing the speed you speak at. 👍
Things like this do so much good for men. Kudos to u Antonio!
im a gril but love watching your videos for ideas for content creation, love the work antonio
Hi from Russia. I'm truly grateful to your job. Antonio, you make me better and all people around the world. Thanks! With best wishes, ARTEM.
This is your best Video. Thank you
Thank you for the great video content super informative 👍
Amazing channel by the way 👏. Question: how do you mix humor with confidence? I'm learning not to be so serious and throw in humor, but also remaining confident.
Another sound video. Good stuff.
Great video just like always

I love the slow down, Antonio. Made me laugh at first but it really made me stop and listen. 👍
LOVE Inside Out. Lewis Black as anger was a top notch choice.
I believe my core values are a good night sleep, eating good food quality time with the people you care about. I also believe it's important for the older generation to mentor the younger generation.
This was great
Great video my friend! I’ve been working on a lot of these - love the alter ego bit!
This is good, this is deep.
i feel like what you said in your marine vid also really goes for skaters too and you should do a vid about that but yea thats it for me lol
Antonio I’m really surprised 😮 to see your pull-ups. 👌🏻
I love your Videos. The body language is so important and advanced me in dates, at my family and friends and also in my job as a project manager. It makes me apearing much more stronger and that's what I stand for: being a strong and loyal partner - in private and in Business!

Right on
Well said on point 5 - people do judge us by what we wear.
How about a video on vintage/historic wear in modern society?
Good idea!
maybe too late... Awesome andrew
A servant of the Lord Jesus Christ!!!
IT'S ALL ABOUT PRESENTATION.
1. Be a good Dad
2. Be a good man
3. Be a good role model for my children.
If the naked man ran into a room and screamed fire in a panicked way, I'd listen to him.
Loved the Naruto reference. Hilarious
🇬🇧 🇬🇧 🇬🇧 we re in the house
really nice shirt, can you say the branding?
I am an artist. I tell timeless stories and beautify empty spaces. I reveal what is obscure and make what is obvious new
Legend!
“Take morphine” LOL best 😂
No regrets, not no regrets like do wild things. Just, if I was a stranger looking at myself, would I feel like I had to defend something against my own judgement?
I will have to check out that Inside Out movie.
The club de nuit is a really good clone though! Aventus needs to lower their pricing 😅
That joker laugh kills me every time 😂
I stand for Jesus Christ. In my dealings with family and friends, because no one I've ever met is a stranger. It is that plain and simple
I got distracted by my dogs and all of a sudden, I hear "take drugs, specifically morphine". I sounded just like John. Chuckles.
Bro. Maniacal laugh. 😂
Bo knows 💪🏾
