We have had as a weird combo butter, nutella and salami on a bread slice. Sounds disgusting but it works. (ger) or Honeydew melon (Canari or Piel de Sapo) with honey and cream. Cut the honeydew melon in half, remove the seeds, put half in a bowl, add cream and liquid honey, then simply spoon out the melon with a large spoon
Apples with peanut butter are good with the right kind of apple. Looked like you had fuji’s maybe. A tarter apple is good with peanut butter, like macintosh. I have to say, some of those I’ve never heard of.

Peanut butter is great with everything! (or just spooned directly into my mouth 😋) I like to eat cereal with hot chocolate but my husband thinks it’s weird 🤷🏻♀️ You guys are such a lovely & funny couple. Love your videos; keep up the good work! 👍
Also cooked rice is great for breakfast. Warm rice with milk poured over and add brown sugar to taste or white sugar, maple syrup or honey works too, you can also add a touch of cinnamon. 😋

For me PB&J was my everyday meal as a kid, PB/Nutella/Bananas was my college everyday lunch, and PB&Bananas I currently eat almost everyday (With a side of apples and peanut butter)! Haha Pizza and Ranch for me was only on leftover pizza. I wasn't a fan of leftover pizza growing up so that was my way of covering up the "leftover" flavor 😂 My weird food combination that I haven't heard a lot of people who had was pickle slices on saltines. However, I sometimes have a hard time coming by a perfect saltine substitute here in Germany. Also, Princess Diaries 😆
Ahhh interesting! I've never tried saltines with pickles and I used to eat saltines a lot in college. That was a college snack for me! And are saltines hard to find in Germany? There are so many little things I forget exist!! And, yes!!!! 😍👍 I wasn't sure if anyone would get that!
Here is an interesting one: I grew up Austria and always enjoyed eating one of Europe's most common pizzas, the "Pizza al Tonno" (Tuna Fish Pizza). This is a combination that by default everyone here in the US hates, but whenever I prepare it at home and let people try it, they always like it and compare it to a tuna melt.
Good video! I like the Granny Smith apple with PB (creamy). You need something tart to offset the PB. New thing to try is toast with PB and honey on it. Amazing!
I haven’t heard of some of these combinations as an American. I have a cousin who likes to eat everything with hot sauce. It doesn’t matter what it is.
I've never seen Oreo's packaged like that (very cool) and I've definitely never eaten them with peanut butter. Sounds interesting but I don't think I'd like it. Omg, never with pickles. Lol. "America runs on peanut butter." LMAO. So true. It's so good on apples and bananas, IMO. It doesn't work on everything, of course. I can't slather PB on melons or berries. I think both apples and bananas are fine on their own but the PB adds some protein. 👍
I only ever had pizza with ranch when it was cold and leftover in my lunch box. Phil is right. Almost only on the crust but sometimes it's dryer than others so then you'd dip the pizza too
As a kid I always ate „Erdbeermarmeladenbrot mit Honig“ (bread with strawberry jam and honey) because some dude from a tv show for children used to eat it and it tasted really good.
What they eat is not toast but bread 😉. We have two different toasts. A normal sized toast and bigger "American toast". If you would cut it, the portions would be tiny. You only eat toast bread toasted and warm, so you don't make a sandwich out of it for later. I use fresh bread instead.
Should have tried pommes with Milkshake. that was a thing when I was a teen, you ordered the fries and a shake at McDonald and then dipped them into the shake (doesn't matter which kind). There is just something about the mix of overly salty with overly sweet which works.
I still have a PB&J for lunch or dinner - wheat bread w/crusts on, crunchy peanut butter and I will do either grape jelly or strawberry preserves. Hate banana and peanut butter combo. Never heard of oreos with PB. And...irony...I was eating pizza with ranch while I was watching this. BBQ chicken pizza w/BBQ sauce, red onions, cilantro, cashews and ranch. A MUST have for me. Cereal with juice is gross IMHO. And I still have apples and PB for dessert. It's a sweet and salty combo, but for me, a far superior option than the banana. Loved the video! Keep it up! 🐁❤👍🙌
I eat peanutbutter since I was a child back in the good old 90's, cause my father always ate it. But the thing with putting strawberry marmelade on it, which was eye opening, that was something I found out about 10 years later through the internet. I am team both😉 depends on how my mood is, but most of the time I eat a peanutbutter from the Netherlands called "Calvé Pindakaas", it's lightly crunchy but rich in flavor(the best🤤). And fun fact, there is never too much peanutbutter!(also best eaten with a spoon right from the glass, when the little hunger comes😄)
There is no such thing as strawberry MARMALADE. Marmalade is the sweetned rind of an orange or lemon. Strawberry can be jelled which is clear. Preserves which is smooth jam in which the strawberries are put through a grinder, and jam, which has pieces of strawberry in it. I make jams and preserves. Its a labor of love. The jelly aisle in the store sells their jars for less than I can make it.
@@chermp6787 Did you notice that recently German McDonalds no longer serves Sausage McMuffins? They replaced the American breakfast sausage with.......a normal hamburger patty. WTHELL MCDONALDS. That was the only place in Germany I could get American breakfast sausage. No longer.
Another weird combo I came across when I lived in the US was a celery stick with peanut butter in the middle. And when I tried it, it actually wasn't too bad, but at first I was very sceptical...
I Just buy the plainest and cheapest pizza and throw all kind of toppings on it. Bacon, ham, minced meat etc. And than dip it in garlic sauce or chilisauce or BBQ sauce. Sauce depends on toppings
Nutella & bananas sounds noice guys, here I love Aussie pizza which is eggs bacon & shredded ham topped high on a base with mayonnaise, it’s the bees knees 👌🇦🇺🍻👍
My mom would use oj if we were out of milk, I'd just skip! Also one thing she liked was sweet pickle relish & peanut butter sandwich. (So gross!) Apples / bananas with peanut butter are great. CREAMY PEANUT BUTTER! OH and try honey and peanut butter sandwich
Cheri Camp wow you Americans really can’t live without peanut butter huh And then there’s me who never had peanut butter in their household so I never got to try it lol
Crunchy PB!! Add peanut butter to a chocolate shake,or add to Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookie dough. Add some to Chinese food and it gives it a Thai flavor sorta of.
Deana and Phil Oh!! I forgot. You talked about reducing weight?! Well, they have Powdered PB! Yes! All the fat is removed! Sometimes,I’m craving PB cookies but I’m lazy,so I put some powdered PB in a mug,add some salt and a lot of sugar! Eat away. Craving gone,! Lol.
Musubi! What an interesting choice! I lived in Hawaii for 15 years and looooove musubi. I made SPAM fried rice with the Frühstücksfleisch for German husband. It truly is the German SPAM. You inspired me to make my own musubi. I ate PB with grape jelly for school lunch but now prefer strawberry jelly or bananas. I like to butter the bread and fry it in the skillet. Another childhood favorite was PB on one piece of bread with honey drizzled on top. Pizza and ranch dressing are amazing but I'm spoiled and it has to be Hidden Valley Ranch. It was difficult going without HVR when I moved here as I like it on so many things. If you are lucky enough to find ranch dressing, they never compare to HVR. The wonderful news is...Mex-Al Gmbh (online) has saved my life in Germany. Not only do they have awesome Mexican products that are virtually non-existent in German grocery stores (enchilada sauce for example), but I recently discovered they also sell ranch dressing spice mix and it's really inexpensive for a considerable amount! And since you add your own mayo or sour cream etc., you can make it taste exactly like HVR or to your liking. German husband is now Team Ranch for everything!
Deana and Phil Try Peanut Butter in a Burger. 🍔🥜 And a Peanut Butter and Pickle sandwich.🥜🥒🥪 Vanilla ice cream with French Fries. 🍟🍦 A Donut Burger. Glazed Donut Burger Cheese and Bacon. 🍔🍩🥓 A Bacon Wrapped Hot Dog with diced Tomatoes & Onions, Mustard & Mayo. 🌭🥓 A Burrito with French Fries. 🌯🍟
Team creamy. Lol. I love peanut butter on pancakes. You should try it sometime. Can you get maple syrup over there? If not, you can make a fruit syrup. It's just as good and it's cheaper than real maple syrup. Fried peanut butter and jelly sandwiches are the bomb. It's kinda like a grilled cheese sammie. I prefer strawberry jam, actually. I'm not a fan of jelly, which lacks chunks of fruit goodness. Here in the USA, though, we have tons of varieties of jams and jellies made with many different fruits. Blueberry is another favorite in our household.
Orange juice on cereal. NOPE! Peanut butter and Nutella. NOPE SPAM with nori and rice. NOPE. PIZZA and Ranch. NOPE. PIZZA and M&M's. NOPENOPENOPE. I'm team creamy. White 'air bread" with real butter drenched in honey on the side of the bread you didn't put the peanut butter. The honey seeps into the bread and makes it kind of crunchy. EXCELLENT! You need to let the honey get into that bread before you eat it, maybe a couple hours. Like the sandwich is in your locker until lunch time. Hot pepper jam with cream cheese on a Ritz cracker. Mmmmm I make my own jam so don't think you can find it anymore. Its AMAZ-BALLS!!
I'm team creamy PB and team Strawberry all the way. My sister is team Grape. Fluffernutters (PB & Fluff) were one of our go-to school sandwiches. PB and Banana YUM! I also like PB and honey. Have you had PB and Bread & Butter pickle sandwiches (best with lettuce too). My husband says mini Nutella cups have the spoons. I'd never heard of it. I've never heard of oreos with pickles, but you were brave to try. I like Ranch on pepperoni pizza or on chicken wings!! But even better IMO is maple syrup (the real stuff) on pizza topped with garlic butter, cheddar cheese, apples and bacon. Woah, m&ms on pizza was a new one for me. Watching you put juice on cereal brought back a horrible breakfast accident from when I was a kid. Sorry, no thank you! Apples with PB or even carrots with PB, both good. Some people like Ants on a Log (PB in celery with raisins) Did you have apple slices with cinnamon? Is grilled cheese with tomato soup common in Germany like it is here?
Nutella or jam on Toast with the natural Cream Cheese... That's just amazing. But Pizza with Dip isn't unusual in Germany. Nearly Every Pizza Service offers Pizza Dip (Not Ranch but other kind of dips). I ate it as a kid every time.
Phil didn't like Reese's PB cups, maybe that's why he wasn't thrilled with PB & Nutella. I'm one of the few Americans I know that don't like PB. Love peanuts though. Try pickles on a Meatball sub. You're welcome. Not a troll. If you have pizza with a good quality crust, try this: I eat the crust separately and treat it as a good quality bread. I split it open like a tiny roll and spread 'Nduja (an Italian fremented salami paste that is great on good bread, in sauce and soups, etc, ..... and dried black olives on it. Very good. I've tried apple juice on cereal when I didn't have milk or discovered that it went bad, not horrible. I don't know anyone else who does this, but I like adding apple sauce on top of stuffing at Thanksgiving dinner rather than gravy. Works for me.
Have you tried any of these weird food combinations that people love?? 🤤💜
I don't think i would like any of the things you tried. I never tried Ranch, but I like garlic sauce with pizza, so maybe I would like that one. 😊

I understand the PB and J , but in Canada it was jam , not jelly. Ughh. Oh and creamy is the way to go go. Crunchy...bleach!
I have never tried M&M's and Pizza, lol. Also, I tried orange juice and Raisin Bran. It was disgusting.
try bread with liver sausage and then a thin layer of sour cherry jam. The bread should be sweet (mares)
Sounds yucky, but tastes funny good.
Sorry but you don't cut a toast that way: l , you cut it that way: / . Otherwise I love your content and find it quite funny💋💜
What they eat is not toast but bread 😉. We have two different toasts. A normal sized toast and bigger "American toast". If you would cut it, the portions would be tiny. You only eat toast bread toasted and warm, so you don't make a sandwich out of it for later. I use fresh bread instead.
SPAM is very popular in Hawaii !
Should have tried pommes with Milkshake. that was a thing when I was a teen, you ordered the fries and a shake at McDonald and then dipped them into the shake (doesn't matter which kind). There is just something about the mix of overly salty with overly sweet which works.
Ich liebe PBJ-Sandwich😍😘😍
Deana, you are right. Wodka and Orangejuice is Not good😁
I still have a PB&J for lunch or dinner - wheat bread w/crusts on, crunchy peanut butter and I will do either grape jelly or strawberry preserves.
Strawberry can be jelled
which is clear. Preserves which is smooth jam in which the strawberries are put through a grinder, and jam, which has pieces of strawberry in it. I make jams and preserves. Its a labor of love. The jelly aisle in the store sells their jars for less than I can make it.
@@pinkythechihuahua3156 in Germany and Austria it is officially allowed to call it Strawberry Marmelade :)
Pizza with ranch is the best combination EVER!!!!
My sister loves jelly and cheese sandwiches.
Yuummm sounds good to me!
Jelly and cheese is really nice.
A boss liked jelly on a McDonald's sausage egg cheese mcmuffin
@@DeanaandPhilya I tried this idea, and it was honestly 2/10. Quite disgusting. Lol
@@chermp6787 Did you notice that recently German McDonalds no longer serves Sausage McMuffins? They replaced the American breakfast sausage with.......a normal hamburger patty. WTHELL MCDONALDS. That was the only place in Germany I could get American breakfast sausage. No longer.
I love your channel! I’m watching your videos from Canada😊
Another weird combo I came across when I lived in the US was a celery stick with peanut butter in the middle. And when I tried it, it actually wasn't too bad, but at first I was very sceptical...
I’ve heard a lot of people say this is gross but I used to eat peanut butter and butter sandwiches as a kid and loved them
Me too 😂 with a big glass of milk 🤩
I Just buy the plainest and cheapest pizza and throw all kind of toppings on it. Bacon, ham, minced meat etc. And than dip it in garlic sauce or chilisauce or BBQ sauce. Sauce depends on toppings
sounds good! Do you mean a frozen pizza or a dough? =)
@@DeanaandPhil Frozen pizza, Just before i put it in the oven. I let the pizza defrost For a while, put the toppings on top and than in the oven
(So gross!)
Apples / bananas with peanut butter are great.
CREAMY PEANUT BUTTER!
OH and try honey and peanut butter sandwich
Cheri Camp wow you Americans really can’t live without peanut butter huh
And then there’s me who never had peanut butter in their household so I never got to try it lol
Crunchy PB!! Add peanut butter to a chocolate shake,or add to Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookie dough. Add some to Chinese food and it gives it a Thai flavor sorta of.
😍😍😍 YUM!! PB is life.
Peanut butter on celery stalks
Peanut Butter is just disgusting
2:31
Well, I eat squares 🙈😂
I forgot, some ppl like Peanut. Butter and Mayonnaise! I cannot bring myself to even try it.
Yeahhhhh we have yet to try that food combo... and a little hesitant to try it.
Deana and Phil
Try Peanut Butter in a Burger.
🍔🥜
And a Peanut Butter and Pickle sandwich.🥜🥒🥪
Vanilla ice cream with French Fries.
🍟🍦
A Donut Burger. Glazed Donut Burger Cheese and Bacon.
🍔🍩🥓
A Bacon Wrapped Hot Dog with diced Tomatoes & Onions, Mustard & Mayo.
🌭🥓
A Burrito with French Fries.
NOPE
SPAM with nori and rice. NOPE.
PIZZA and Ranch. NOPE.
PIZZA and M&M's. NOPENOPENOPE.
I'm team creamy. White 'air
bread" with real butter drenched in honey on the side of the bread you didn't put the peanut butter.
