There are 5 leads in Band-Maid. IMHO, these ladies are some of the most dynamic, proficient, amiable musicians on the planet. Not only are they prolific songwriters, the quality of their compositions are simply unrivaled.
Akane's drumming- just so gooood! She had "Tiny Hat" from 2014 to 2018. For their first year, in 2013, it belonged to Misa (Bass). By 2019 it was no more- RIP.
Once they were left "Alone" by their record / management companies to create what they wanted, well, look what they did. Alone's somewhat sad, heavy, yet empowering story (topics Miku's known for writing about), against Kanami's up-tempo, complex, yet rockin' music, is quintessential Band-Maid. BAND-MAID is an important influence and contributor to the music industry with a continuous, growing worldwide fanbase. But to me, they are just the best sounding, best writers of hard rock music, and the most fun, joyous group of musicians to come along since the Beatles, imxo! Thx, Sid!
I think the audio is low and staticy because you're listening through earbuds. Get a good pair of headphones and you'll really hear Akane and MISA properly. But yes, we all loved the Tiny Hat. MISA introduced it, though she didn't wear in in a video, pics only, and retired it to Akane. She eventually retired it permanently as it was difficult to keep it on while drumming. RIP Tiny Hat.
