Panther mode, as they are about to hit, jump in their direction over them and go into bird mode (something along these lines). They have a hard time turning basically and only affect the ground.
Usually I just double jump over em as they get near, and use Crow Within to hover above them (important note: don't try to fly away from them, as Crow Within doesn't keep with the curve, so you are pretty much guaranteed to get turned into bebe Cereza if you don't stay still in bird mode)

Saltyman Electric Durga has immunity to electric attacks from harmony/witch time statues/storm jubileus phase.

I don't think it provides fire immunity but if you wear fire Durga on your feet, you can walk over lava
