Jacking up the front end of a 2016 Hyundai Sonata

What's going on everybody rob here with a little video on jacking up the front end of a Hyundai Sonata. These new cars are made with such flimsy metal you could not lift them from the control arms anymore. you have to lift these newer cars from the pinch welds definitely not recommend to lift these newer cars with a floor Jack unless you have the adapters. In this video I show you how to Jack up the front end of a 2016 Hyundai Sonata. I did buy special adapters to put on my floor jacks to be able to Jack up the newer cars by lifting them by the pinch welds. I was even a little hesitant about this at first but I've done it a couple times now and it seems to be working very well. Do not forget to block the back tires if you are lifting up the front of your vehicle. You do not want your vehicle sliding backwards as you're lifting the front end of your vehicle.

Its a lot easier on these cars to jack it up front and center on the subframe and put jack stands instead where you placed your jacks

That sounds awesome although the cars nowadays are made of Chineseium and I'm always worried about bending something else underneath the vehicle that's why I just use these adapters with the floor Jacks. I have to do the brakes on this Sonata the dealerships wants $600 to do the front brakes I priced the parts they're 220
