Just got back from a game where we lost 3 2 but I scored though I sold for my entire team when I had a 1v1 with the keeper when I tried putting the ball in the corner I kicked the turf and choked and cost my team the game. What’s worst is we came back from 2 down old to concede in the last minute
@Skewboh mistakes happen, do not think of you as the only one responsible for the loss of your team, but next training try focusing more on finishing and you will not choke
That could be due to improper training or diet. Try eating a snack before a game-maybe a small chocolate bar-and another during halftime. It worked for me because the sugar helped reduce fatigue. However, remember that diet plays a fundamental role as well.
i think diet is a big factor, try avoiding sugar and "bad" fats and try adding more protein to your meal in general. also if you want to improve the mass of the upper body do regular exercises, pushup works well if done regularly
train effective is just a tool that can help you, but there are a million ways to improve without have to pay any money, like my channel for example. stick around and i promise you will become a better player ❤
