  • The Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP) makes a George Brown College education affordable. This video provides a quick explanation of OSAP. OSAP combines federal and provincial funds to provide financial support to Ontario students. These funds are made up of loans (that must be paid back) and grants (don’t have to be paid back).
In this video, we discuss eligibility requirements, the OSAP estimator tool, the application process, and when you can expect to get your funding. It is recommended that you apply for OSAP as early as possible so that you know how much funding is available to you.
