Great video! Adding a SD card will allow it to constantly record live video with alerts? I’ve had a camera before whenever I checked the camera it had to load the app for current footage. I would always have to have the app open for current recordings
Yes just added SD to mine and it does constantly record and will loop record too
Can you set "areas" to record ? Like if its pointing in a room, I only want to record and capture when someone comes in the door.

Very clippy if it shows at all. Just 20 feet away from wifi. Make sure your camera is right next to the wifi if you want it to work.

Mine was free for 15 days. Just got two of these. If you have multiple cards they charge separate for both. Best to use SD. It's like 3 dollars a month for 24/7 recording stored back 3 days. Has more options to go back further too.

Have you set it to record to SD? as long as you have done this and it is powered on it should just record

@@YorkiesBitsandBobs Yes I did, my phone is on my home wifi and my phone never goes to a stead white light, it just stays s flashing whitte light and it I hit next anyway I get a screen (I will attach a screen shot)

Make sure you have a memory card in there, go into the gear top right in the software and format the card, when your done make sure the card is selected and not the cloud then it should just work by its self

No sorry, not got mine set up at the moment, but you could just take out the memory card and plug it into your card reader and delete it like that
Set it to loop record and there is no need to delete them it will overwrite it when it need space

There are no standby settings, do you mean camera on/off? it needs to be on all the time
@@YorkiesBitsandBobs no in the sense that if you start recording, then look at WA or something else, the recording comes off, and even when the screen turns off it doesn't record anymore, and I can't find a solution, I also tried a screen recorder but unfortunately it records the black screen of the standby, crazy this thing I have to find a solution, and in any case buy a cam that then does not record if the phone turns off for energy saving and a waste of money

@@YorkiesBitsandBobs why should i make a refund? or is it an app problem? it's really strange, I think it's a problem of the app because if I keep the screen I log in without problems, while if the phone turns off the screen or you want to see other apps, it stops recording, it stops immediately as soon as you exit the app , it almost seems that the function quits or go back sends a stop signal to the record key, even if I register and go back, perhaps to see other devices, the recording stops

Teckin camera is trash and failed within 5 mins of begin connected. Zero customer support on the website and no troubleshooting guide. Dont waste your time
That sucks. I've purchased a few of their products and i am a fan! Customer support what a few days but they responded. Good luck
Hi did you watch my video make sure you turn off 5gh wifi when setting it up you will also need to enter your wifi password for it to conected

At $17 dollars I'll probably take the risk even if it is "trash".
It's 15 dollar camera. It's worth the risk. Most that have the quality like this cost way more.
