    100% safer than alcohol or prescription meds

    Cannabis should be absolutely just as legal and easy to obtain anywhere as alcohol currently is. In every single state. No exceptions. It's so easy: As legal and easy to obtain/use as alcohol currently is. Why hold relatively benign, often healing cannabis to any sort of irrational, stricter double standard than perfectly legal alcohol?

    Legal here in missouri & its doing great here. You don't see any weird reefer madness issues; just a billion more dollars and better roads.

    Every major poll in the nation shows that The Vast Majority of Americans favor The Legalization of Cannabis Nationwide!
    "Americans Favor Legalizing Cannabis Support surged 10 percentage points in past year""
    -Gallup Poll
    "A solid majority of voters nationwide favor legalizing and regulating cannabis similar to the way alcohol and tobacco cigarettes are currently regulated. Most also dont believe it should be a crime for people to smoke cannabis in the privacy of their own homes"
    -Rasmussen Poll
    "Americans favor making cannabis legal for adults, according to the findings of a CNN/ORC International survey released late Monday. The percentage is the highest ever reported by the survey, which has been tracking public opinion on the issue since 1973, and marks a 12 percentage point jump in support since the last time pollsters posed the question in 2012"

    Do you have to fix a NC Tax stamp to it like you do if its illegal? " State law requires those in possession of illegal drugs “to purchase tax stamps and place them permanently on the substance,” the NCJC says. If a person who has illegal drugs does not purchase the stamp, law enforcement agencies can report it to the N.C. Department of Revenue, according to the NCJC"

      It is on Cherokee land. The Federal Government has no jurisdiction over Indian reservations.

      @@robinalford2186 Im glad you believe that buts totally false. Direct for the indianaffiars website "only federal and tribal laws apply to members of the tribe, unless Congress provides otherwise.".

    • @EnlistedBombin
      @EnlistedBombin Місяць тому

      Here is one from the BJS Gov website "Criminal jurisdiction in tribal areas
      Jurisdiction over offenses in Indian country may lie with federal, state, or tribal agencies, depending on the particular offense, offender, victim, and offense location."
      So if citizens are crossing the line between res and state property.. the state can step in.. not only that cross jurstiction transportation is still a fed crime and can be charged as such.. Seller or buyer.
      not saying it right but knowing the law keeps you out of jail. Thinking you know the law gets you put in jail :D

    I dont want to smell it. Smelling it IS consuming it. You may let your kids breathe it in.

      Oh please, spare us irrational prohibitionist. That is no reason to keep cannabis illegal. We can't just criminilze, arrest, lock up and hand out life-long permanent criminal records to everyone who heaven forbid, dares to make you smell things you aren't fond of smelling while you are out in public. Sound fair and reasonable Lil-Karen? Personally, I detest to odors of cigarettes, gasoline, and farts. Yet do you see me publicly advocating for banning those things and criminalizing anyone who dares to make me smell cigarettes, gasoline, and farts while I'm out in public? It's called being a reasonable rational adult willing to practice a little tolerance and live and let live. Prohibition and Reefer Madness are only pushed and believed by a very small, lunatic-fringe minority of irrational mental midgets on a never ending little personal moral-crusade and witch-hunt against relatively benign cannabis and it's consumers. The rest of us sane, rational, normal Americans just laugh our butts off at and mock utterly desperate lying prohibitionists and their rediculious Reefer-Madness-Rhetoric as the comedy show they truly are!
