    Wow, it is so rare to find someone who can explain things so well, I'm impressed!

    Masterclass from Dion, this episode should be required viewing for all of the industry! Let's see if we can improve that 10% of the 10% of the 10% to more mainstream numbers ;)

      Hehe! Maybe they will eventually become 12% of the 12% of the 12% 😉

    This was very interesting, so first of all I would like to thank you for this very high quality content.
    It speaks about many aspect of what BIM is, and although it’s not a new subject, it’s one of those which I feel we hear about much more than we see real use. And one of the reason is that the dedicated tools are highly specialized and costly. So hopefully Blenderbim will change that.
    I’ve heard about this addon for à while now but only used it to import the 3d model in blender. Lastly I updated the installation of this addon to deal with an ifc file I received for an industrial project and saw how much it has evolved which lead me to search for more informations about the use and evolution of this project.

    Thank you so much for doing this video.
    I've learned about BlenderBIM a while ago, but never really payed much attention to it, it was always in the back of my mind, but not as a serious alternative.
    I mentally swept it under the metaphorical rug as something that would just convert everything meshes and lock you into a "lesser" model.
    This really aroused my interest, I never knew about the level of development and dedication that went into it, it really revived my interest about its possibilities.
    Really insightful, keep it up.

      Hi Jenifer. BlenderBIM might be of particular interest to you as since it is free, it can potentially offer firms that wouldn't want to invest in Revit for their whole office access to BIM

      @@UHStudio Thank you very much! I'm very much looking forward to enter Blender's world because it's really helpful for us as the whole software is absolutely free and to learn it we need more videos like this from you ❤

    Is it possible to create a parametric pump using BlenderBIM? Should this be done with GeoNodes or Sverchok? How do we add the ports of the pump? Cheers

    • @UHStudio
      @UHStudio  Рік тому

      Not sure about a parametric pump, but in the latest BB, there are some important updates for mechanical with pipe routing, and more.
