Until We Die Wow, it's you guys! just wanted to say that I just discovered you yesterday and holy fuck guys you are brutal and violent as fuck. Really good work, guys. keep it filthy!
the crescent symbol is primarily used to represent the Moon, not necessarily in a particular lunar phase. When used to represent a waxing or waning lunar phase, "crescent" refers to the waxing first quarter, while the symbol representing the waning final quarter is called "decrescent". and well the coffin speaks for itself i guess, and LS for Lorna shore ha, but who knows the entire symbol could mean a little bit different
Thy Harvesting Lol exactly what I was thinking. Maybe one day they will end up doing Black metal? lmao hope not, blackened deathcore sounds fucking awesome. I mean I'd only accept it if they do technical black metal or something like that. Have you listened to Anaal Naathrak?
Kevin López well I'd be up for a Technical Blackened Death Metal side of Lorna Shore, but they're pretty much doing that but with a Deathcore touch ;P and I have but I can't get into Anaal Naathrak tbh
This mixing is so much better than Psalms! The vocals actually sound good now instead of way overproduced gurgles. I am so down, this is a fucking crushing track.
+UnholySermons he means the production of the vocals, which is absolutely a step up from Psalms in terms of quality and clarity because it's not nearly as compressed.
The leads over the chorusy bit give me goosebumps. Shreddy, but just awesome and fits so well with the theme. I'm really hoping the rest of the album follows suit!!!
I've listened to Lorna Shore for almost 4 years now and to hear them grow and evolve is incredible. I absolutely adore their sound and I can say that Lorna Shore, Infant Annihilator and Rings of Saturn are the only bands currently in the deathcore scene worth listening to anymore. They push the envelope, they are creative and they aren't perpetuating the cookie cutter nonsense of trying to "Relive Whitechapel but heavier" like the rest of the scene is anymore. They are still melodic, sickeningly technical and disgustingly filthy obese and strive for a better scene. In my opinion, these bands are the only ones trying to make deathcore relevant and strong still, and it shows when Lorna Shore drops shit like this.
U haven’t dug deep enough bud, Shadow of Intent, After the Burial, Signs of the Swarm all push the envelope and are creative in their own respective ways
1:18(also 3:42) sounds really sinister in a great way and got me headbang hard. Also, the breakdown is awesome along with the solo. Overall, LornaShore really step up their game from Psalms thanks to this song. I'm frickin' stoked for Flesh Coffin. =D
This band is built to have that vibe and could use a little bit less central deathcore themes and more obscure themes imo. They already have a dedicated fanbase, they don't need to sell out or just make cookie cutter albums and they never have done that- however, they've always had a very clean-cut sorta sound like a lot of deathcore but more recently they've felt more raw and true to what I feel Lorna Shore is trying to be which totally excites me.
Lorna Shore track Denounce The Light shows us the turmoil, chaos and randomness of life, with some fairly spaced-out parts, taken from their album Flesh Coffin, at least it has some meat on the bone!
The vocals are the same. It's just not as strangely mixed as Psalms. It is most definitely the same vocalist, the lows are garbled the same way; the highs have the same tonal quality, too.
SAIYANLINEAGE \\\\\\\\ the highs are definitely the same, he pronounces better, though. The lows I think is just the mix, the whole mix is way better than Psalms', which was pretty meh. It's hard to compare the vocals when everything is mixed so differently between the two.
Check out Slice the Cake. They broke up earlier this year, but they are damn good also (coming from someone who isn't a big deathcore fan) although this is also pretty tight. Carnifex's new album is also pretty damn good too.
Zombifyed Really? I wasn't that big on it actually. Not to say it wasn't a masterpiece too, it was just less my taste. Album of the year is a tough one for me, there were so many incredible albums. I'd say it's a three way tie between Infant Annihilator, Unfathomable Ruination, and The Zenith Passage. Followed very closely by Orphalis and Imperium. 2016 was an incredible year for extreme metal.
The only complaint I have about this is that I feel like the guitar is sitting a little low in the mix. This dudes guitar work is fucking great. Just wish it could be a little more clear. Other than that, sick fucking tune.
still the greatest deathcore album ever made
THIS IS BIG BOI DEATHCORE
Take a time to remember this the best deathcore album so far.
i think i agree
Agreed
Goosebumps all the time on this album. Its so well executed.
Fuck I heard this before somewhere... ah yes, the pits of hell.
So filthy. Stoked for the album
Until We Die
Wow, it's you guys! just wanted to say that I just discovered you yesterday and holy fuck guys you are brutal and violent as fuck. Really good work, guys. keep it filthy!

HectorAchilles777
The first comment, man. A crazy one man band called Until We Die.
This whole album will be the new face of deathcore.
This band gets better and better
Joe Pontiac what does the symbol mean?
the crescent symbol is primarily used to represent the Moon, not necessarily in a particular lunar phase.
Every new release they have, the more Blackened their sound gets...love it ;]
Thy Harvesting
Lol exactly what I was thinking. Maybe one day they will end up doing Black metal? lmao hope not, blackened deathcore sounds fucking awesome.

Kevin López

3:14 that born of osiris riff!
One of the best bands (in their genre) nowadays.
Its cool that they tried to sound a bit different, I like that!
These boys just keep getting better and better.
holy fuck about time they came out with a new single this shit is awesome
3:00 reminds me of throes of rejection, pantera
this actually saved my life thanks so much
This mixing is so much better than Psalms! The vocals actually sound good now instead of way overproduced gurgles. I am so down, this is a fucking crushing track.
Mitchell C. kinda sounds like it always has as far as vocals lol but i kinda getcha
Christopher Rickles naw vocals have changed
Mitchell C. The vocals are exactly the same lol
+UnholySermons he means the production of the vocals, which is absolutely a step up from Psalms in terms of quality and clarity because it's not nearly as compressed.
The whole mix is dank now
I live only for listening this song in 3:13
the carnifex influence is real
Still listening, and we can all agree that immortal absolutely slaps and this band is a masterpiece.
Got to see them perform live. It was brutal
It's like a symphony.
Blast this in the hood watch the look on there faces
So proud that these dudes signed to Outerloop Records! 🤘🏽
Well this certainly whetted my appetite for new Decades of Despair...damn this is good
The drums sound amazing jfc.
Best band ! can't wait for the full album !
The leads over the chorusy bit give me goosebumps. Shreddy, but just awesome and fits so well with the theme. I'm really hoping the rest of the album follows suit!!!
mixing sounds way better than absolution of hatred
Why you trappin so hard
Amazing stuff. Intro reminds me of carnifex.
😍😍😍 @2:17
So excited for the new album gentleman!!!
LORNA SHORE !!! That.Is.All !!!!!!!!!!!!
Too bad it's not on iTunes. Just wanted to buy it and support my favourite band !
This record is gonna be so fucking heavy.
lorna shore is badass
One more day until the album drops and I don't know if I'm ready.
a new Lorna Shore, Benighted and Metallica song on the same day, yay!
boothps That new Benighted is incredible, cannot wait for Necrobreed to get released.
If the ENTIRE album is as bad ass as this song, I'll eat expired beef jerky in the name of the *FLESHCOFFIN*
Bro, that breakdown/slam was insane.
JERSEY REPRESENT! Hailin' from Paramus. You guys are the bomb diggity.
only god knows how many times i listened to this song since it is released.
never a let down when its lorna shore. my favourite band have been since their ep malificent!!
that was... so brutal and deathcore...
2:29 reminds me of that one song from Whitechapel in The End of an Era album that I forget.. anyone?
I melted after this
Yeahh boiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii
This breakdown hits big af live... amazing
I get to see them tonight!!!!!!!
yesyesyes. please put absolution of hatred on Flesh Coffin too

Legends
That breakdown

I prefer lorna shore over IA, their newest album sound like MIDI not just the drums, its a bit "fake" for me.
U haven’t dug deep enough bud, Shadow of Intent, After the Burial, Signs of the Swarm all push the envelope and are creative in their own respective ways
true words my friend, same taste of sickness here
@@bradditcher3891 you commented this in 2020, at the time lorna shore was the one who pushed it the furthest.
Check out Worm Shepherd. Those guys are basically Behemoth but Deathcore and more Orchestra/Synth.
This band is God when when I'm drunk.
daaaaaaaaaaaammmmmmmmmmmmnnnnnnn
very good
1:18(also 3:42) sounds really sinister in a great way and got me headbang hard. Also, the breakdown is awesome along with the solo.
Overall, LornaShore really step up their game from Psalms thanks to this song. I'm frickin' stoked for Flesh Coffin. =D
Impecable!!
So good.
Hoping for some black metal shrieks in this album. Please.
Lucas Jenkins what? but this song has a lot of that.
I mean like *actual* black metal shrieks, not like deathcore-inspired "highs" or whatever. That's not the same thing at all.
This band is built to have that vibe and could use a little bit less central deathcore themes and more obscure themes imo. They already have a dedicated fanbase, they don't need to sell out or just make cookie cutter albums and they never have done that- however, they've always had a very clean-cut sorta sound like a lot of deathcore but more recently they've felt more raw and true to what I feel Lorna Shore is trying to be which totally excites me.
great tune
Those drums tho.
Great one
My flesh is ready for this coffin.
Wtf this was bananas
This is the best fucking Lorna Shore song. Fucking brutal.
Even darkness is not dark for You, But night shines as the day - As is darkness, so is light.
Tehillim (Psalms) 139:12
This is too sick. Excellent fucking job!
Lorna Shore track Denounce The Light shows us the turmoil, chaos and randomness of life, with some fairly spaced-out parts, taken from their album Flesh Coffin, at least it has some meat on the bone!
This is so fucking dope.
the new Lorna Shore sounds so much better
"I wonder if there'll be breakdowns in the new album"
Reminds me of A Night In Texas a bit.
huge step up from psalms
keep this shit up
Man. I was just listening to God maker thinking. Where the fuck are these guys today? YES!!!!!!
what is the meaning of the symbol? who could tell me it please
Mix is a bit different from psalmsI think the vocals are the same? They sound different
The vocals are the same. It's just not as strangely mixed as Psalms. It is most definitely the same vocalist, the lows are garbled the same way; the highs have the same tonal quality, too.
Evening Rose
It's all meshed together
The vocals aren't as prominent
I feel like he's maybe changing them a bit
SAIYANLINEAGE \\\\\\\\ the highs are definitely the same, he pronounces better, though. The lows I think is just the mix, the whole mix is way better than Psalms', which was pretty meh. It's hard to compare the vocals when everything is mixed so differently between the two.
glad they didnt go with will putney this time round. will did a great job on TAIMs Hate but it Psalms really lacked impact. This sounds a lot better
keir Campbell
Will Putney is the producer of the album?
cool
Holy fucking shit
Sic
shits fucking nuts, hell yeah
I'll be honest, I didn't like this band when I first listened to them. But this, this is badass.
Apparently half the people that wrote these comments jizzed all over themselves.
Holy fuck I thought you guys were good before. You guys stepped up even further
UUHHHGHHHH yep, gonna be sick
The only versatile band i know of that you could categorize as "deathcore" all the rest of them sound generic now
Check out Slice the Cake. They broke up earlier this year, but they are damn good also (coming from someone who isn't a big deathcore fan) although this is also pretty tight. Carnifex's new album is also pretty damn good too.
Zombifyed R.I.P Slice the Cake. The Man With No Face is one of the best albums ever made.
Mitchell C. All of their work is amazing! Odyssey to the West might be my favorite album of 2016 actually.
Mitchell C. to each their own. haha!
The only complaint I have about this is that I feel like the guitar is sitting a little low in the mix. This dudes guitar work is fucking great. Just wish it could be a little more clear. Other than that, sick fucking tune.
Super good their breakdowns bore me thou
Holy fuck, so glad my finger accidentally clicked this
Those guitars are sinister as fuck 😍
