For such a logical person, it's surprising that she has so much faith in God. Don't get me wrong, it's great! I'm Christian and also a very logical person, I just find that a lot of other logical people I meet are atheists or generally not religious. Idk maybe it's just the area I live in but it's nice to see another logical AND faithful person ☺️

Katherine NO I don't follow organized religion but I am catholic in my beliefs. I think you have to be logical to really understand the Bible. I think of the Bible as a person who has done things and learned from them along the way. It's not someone we need to copy but someone we need to learn from. Sort of a if you don't know your history you are doomed to repeat it. When people quote the Bible to attack people I think would god really attack them as you are attacking them. Or would god consider everything and not just this one piece of them. Anyways that's my 2 cents.
To be honest I don't think it's logical to not believe in God lol I can go on a huge rant about why I feel that way but I think I'd be taking up the whole comment section LOL
God gives hope and faith for people who need it, offers a support system if you feel you don't have one. You can be perfectly logical as well as being religious.

I saw a "Dr. House" and I'm finally starting to get answers! My doctor knew so much and was so caring! I got new diagnoses, prescriptions, supplements, tests scheduled, and even a surgery scheduled. I'm really excited that I'm starting to get a treatment plan!
Brianna Collins Look up doctors that specializes in what you suspect you have. The problem is I look up my symptoms and then think I have everything in the books.
Brianna Collins I have the same problems I've been denied health treatment so long so we had to move all the way to Tampa for better health providers because the other doctors wouldn't do blood tests and it ended up I had 2 silent strokes (Sickle Cell Related) when the new doctors ended up testing never be hesitant to move if the right service isn't provided.
Brianna Collins, if you have a Doctor who dos not support you, fire him or her and find another one!
I find the only way I get answers is to keep looking online and just have your doctor rule out EVERY possible thing you found and that they suspect.
I know, Brianna Collins, I am sorry, you are right, it isn't that easy. I have one doctor who is really mean to me, I just copied all of my medical records to take to the guy my Primary Care Doc recommended. And you are right, it isn't easy at all. That was kind of a flippant remark, and I do apologize.

I am a newer subscriber to your channel. I have fibrous dysplasia tumors all inside my jawbone and a osteoarthritic knee, so I am usually in chronic pain as well. It really helps me by watching you and your down to earth daily struggles make me not feel so alone. You are a pretty neat person and I thank you for sharing.

I just wanted you to know that I just found your channel yesterday, but I suffer from general anxiety disorder, cardiac dysrhythmia (predominantly tachycardia), and epilepsy. I get frustrated and angry a lot, but your videos have already given me a more positive outlook, so thank you for doing what you do and keep up the fight!

I'm glad he's getting you out got an adventure. I am currently having an exacerbated allergic couple of days. I even had to take a Benadryl on top of all meds I already do.
My service dogs are doing great supporting me needs. One acts as a leverage supporter when I am coughing and the other was alerting with a worried look when I went from coughing and hacking to sneezing. He was providing support during that time.
Thankfully the Benadryl helped for a while and I was able to get relief and go out and run some errands.

My faith helps me a lot, too, Jaquie. Here's what I do to prepare for scary procedures or treatments. First. I pray foe God to guide the doctor's words & hands. I make sure that everyone involved is aware of my tons of drug allergies. Last. I remind myself that whatever the treatment, whether in the short term or long term, is to potentially make me better than I am right now. It makes me feel like I've done me best. I'm so sorry about your throat closing up, that must be so scary! I hope your doctors can figure out how to prevent that. Hugs and prayers!

Jaquie I got my vogmask in the mail yesterday and used it all day today while out of the house! I love it! I normally have a headache by noon due to my allergies and not today. It felt great to go and take care of 1st day of school things and not want to bow out before I get everything done. Only down side I found is just getting use to having the mask on with the Louisiana humidity. Also praying your infusion today goes well.
Oh man... I needed this video so much today. My doctor just prescribed me a new medication yesterday that can cause some horrible side effects (and I have a history of having bad reactions to this class of drug) but I know I need to take it for my health. Doc thinks the benefits outweigh the risks... and we're just hoping for the best but I am honestly terrified. Anyway I just really needed to hear this today. Your video helped ease my anxieties just a little. I will try not to be weighed down too much by my worries because I know I really need this medicine. Thanks for the pep talk Jacquie! (Especially since it's my birthday today. Thanks for letting me hear just what I needed to on this day ^^)

I am going through my IVIG treatment right now too. I think if your not allergic you are going to see a great improvement. I am also on IV steroids and nausea meds. The worst sypmtoms I get is headaches and you have all the IV treatments for them anyway. I hope this works for you, crossing my fingers for ya!
I am praying that the IVIG will infuse with no problem and it will be of great help for your health. I will be thinking about you.

I too have been on plasma replacement via subq. Thank you so much for giving me comfort, hope and a faith based approach to thrive joyfullly inspite of chronic illness. I can sort of relate to somewhat risky treatments. My doctor recently put me on topamax for migraine prevention and it can have some pretty serious/scary side effects. I did my best to be optimistic about the medicine and the help it can offer but it can be really scary to not know what can happen!! Unfortunately I had a lot of bad side effects from it and probably won't be able to stay on it, but positivity never hurts!
Topamax didn't work for me either. I was shaky, foggy headed, and had panic attacks so I quit that pretty quick. My Neuro put me on Lamictal after that and it works well. It helps my depression and is a great preventive. I have chronic migraines, chronic tension-type, and daily headaches. I hope you find something to help!

Hi! I don't have any illnesses but I like watching your videos as it helps me to understand appreciate the people in the world more! Also I'm just interested in learning about different types of illnesses and disabilities. I don't know if that sounds cheesy but I appreciate what your doing and I'm sure it helps a lot of people around the world with illnesses. I just wanted to ask a question and it's not to accuse or cause offence at all. As most of us know dogs need walks regularly to keep healthy and fit and get rid of some energy. What do you do in terms of Harlows exercise as I know it's hard for you to take her for walks and Judd is probably very busy? Just wondered :) thanks!! Sophie from the UK. Xx

I'm really nervous about a procedure I'm having tomorrow. I'm having a small fiber biopsy. I'm also nervous about a HIDA scan I may have to get. I know the risks and pain from the procedure is worth it, but I'm still nervous.
does harlow have different alerts for different things that'll happen to you. or is it only for passing out whether from narcolepsy or pots or ect

Xo Monii i was wondering more specifically about how Harlow alerts ie bopping with her nose
Harlow hasn't been trained to, but she's alerted to Jacquie's low blood sugar before, as well as angiodema attacks (she usually scratches as one is starting, so harlow alerts to that). If you go back several months you should find more of that sorta stuff fairly easily :)
Just had a thought: do you still have your appendix? I had appendicitis not long ago and had mine removed but the main symptom of appendicitis is stomach pain - I'm concerned that with your other stomach symptoms, something small like appendicitis might not be picked up quickly enough :S I guess it would feel different to your usual pain?
