That organ was ordered new from Johnny Verbeeck by Cyril Woodend in mid 80s , he died before it was delivered--I bought the organ from his son Max--Just the organ--I designed & built the front--the carvings were done by woodcarver David Ironfield--the painting/decor was done by fellow Cumbrian Showman Derek Charles Slater--the portraits by the late Paul Wright--I also built the organ truck it lives in--I sold the organ to Graham Atkinson in 90s--William Taylor.
I filmed this organ on my channel funny thing was it made me jump as soon as it started playing which is why my phone shaked at the beginning. It's one of my favourite instruments in the collection.
@@MechanicalMusicTravels Interesting that this organ and the one on the Derby Racer ride at Blackpool Pleasure Beach are the exact same key just different facade of course the one on the Derby Racer has no figures.
@@HarryYT22 Verbeeck liked to make organs with identical facades! In fact somewhere in the UK (with a private owner I believe) there is a 3rd organ with an identical facade.

Lol, loud organs suddenly starting also used to make me jump... This Verbeeck is lovely though, I definitely agree with you!
