I took a training with dermalogica last week and the way u do your strokes are actually easier. They have us do section by section numbered on a face map 1-18. I feel like it’s harder and it takes longer to finish. U just do one pass vertical and one pass horizontal on the face right?
If you use the same products shown in video I would say 2 times a month . If you use other serums that contain actives and you simply want to push further than weekly is fine .

Hi difference between the two is the depth that the needles are able to penetrate into the skin. Nano needling only punctures the first layer of the skin the epidermis while microneedling penetrates into the dermis. Also in some states estheticians are not allowed to perform Microneedling without a medical director 💗
Originally when people started doing a medical microneedle procedure, they were doing the slide motions yet most recently I’ve noticed them “stamping” in the areas to avoid any dragging on skin which personally I’ve tolerated much better
Since it’s a nano the speed should be medium and since there is no needle no need to adjust the depth unless you notice not touching the skin hope that makes sense

I need to know the secret to layering serums + spf without the product balling up
Letting the product dry before applying the next. I use a fan a lot during treatments especially at the end.

dermishop.com has several good options but honestly any serum that you believe has beneficial actives can do the job 🙂

What type of oil would I need to use for this to help with gliding across the skin?
No oil .. you can use hyaluronic acid
