Amsa is cracked. Definitely a top 5 player this year
I think I'm giving him between 3-5, I think above hbox and below ibdw but those 3 are v close to me
I don't think anyone was disputing that. This event was kind of a test to see if he was ready to actually fight for #1, he's getting dangerously close.

@@Spnsr-db9mv you cant put him 3. zain/ibdw/mango are way ahead of him, if we're talking 'yearly rank', and even still i think hbox still beats him in yearly rankings so that makes him an obvious top 5.
if we're talking skill as of right now, its like pokemon types, water beats fire, fire beats grass, grass beats water. its kind of hard to rank these types because they're all beating each other... therefore, i would put amsa in schodinger's top 4 with zain/ibdw/mango with hbox and jmook right behind

I feel like the Mang0 loss shook aMSa quite a bit. Goes to show how terrifying a Fox playing the matchup is. I honestly thought aMSa had this event but Mang0 and iBDW reminding him how high the wall is for Yoshi.

He certainly made a run but I think Mang0 beating Amsa was a much bigger hurdle tbh. Soonsay also deserves some respect, he played so much better than his placing would suggest, going out to Zain and Jmook for 13th is rough.

If anyone wants to learn this matchup, they should take notes on from this video. Cody definitely came prepared for this shit with new tech. He’s way better than the other foxes AT THE MATCHUP while mango is just a better player currently than amsa. If/when mango and other foxes learns the matchup and stops making simple mistakes it’s just gonna get harder for yoshi.
Mango is the better player but I think it was pretty clear he played the matchup better than cody also
