Use gentle cleanser like cetaphil, use emolene cream on damp skin(half wet) and apply whenever your skin feels dry and use it at night also and sunscreen solasafe if you have good money otherwise if you stay home all day you can skip sunscreen and only aaply moisturizer

Giving suggestions and ideas on skin types and type of products could have been a better and more dignified option. As a government employee i have to think a billion times before recommending a specific brand even if I have a personal experience with it...but on a different platform you are given all the freedom to even name the products from specific company and giving it a blanket sanction. Government should have some guideline for professionals even on social media.....Hope batter sence prevails
