Just out of curiosity why can't the flex plate manufactures have punched tabs so the torque converter has something to rest against as well as bolts used to secure it down ??

What lift pump for a 12valve cummins would y’all recommend getting? I’m looking for one that can supply a lot more fuel but also have a lot of reliability to it. I don’t know how the electric lift pumps are I’ve never had one I’ve always stayed mechanical but I’ve been looking into them, but what lift Pump would you recommend for reliability and performance?
Alpha Bravo it allows a slight misalignment between the engine and trans and cushions shock into the torque converter. The factory ones are very flexible but it high hp applications they break.

I used that hd plate on my 1st gen and it was too thick killed my input seal had to space the trans back 1/8" its all good now
