James Morrow: Donald Trump Defamation verdict in E. Jean Carrol case is ‘shaky’

- Sky News Host James Morrow says the $US83 million defamation verdict against Donald Trump in the E. Jean Carroll sexual assault case is “shaky”.
“Turns out this case, like so many of the cases against Trump, is shaky," Mr Morrow said.
The case was brought by the former magazine columnist who claims he raped her in the mid-1990s and then defamed her when he denied her allegations.
Mr. Morrow emphasises “while you never want to minimise claims of victimhood, the Carroll cases and the women who brought it have strain a lot of peoples credibility.”
The jury decided Donald Trump should pay $US18.3 million in compensatory damages and $US65 million in punitive damages.
“They used a 2022 law that was clearly written with Trump in mind, to sue Trump for defamation on the grounds for denying the charges against her," said Morrow.
“Jean Carroll gave a lot of strange answers for not taking the matter to the police.”
Morrow raised concerns of this case as the “time between the alleged assault and her decision to go public raises many questions about her true motivations.”

Well, if you have ever supported Trump, for anything, and later on you find yourself in a NY courtroom you will lose. A piano could fall on you, later on after years of learning to feed yourself again you try to sue the company who was hoisting the piano...you will lose, and have to pay for a new piano.

Usually, when normal women gets assaulted sexually, or otherwise, they KNOW IT IMMEDIATELY. They don't need decades to figure out if they suffered unwanted attention or not. Anyone who claims that now she is suffering trauma for an event that happened DECADES AGO, should be subjected into a thorough psychiatric examination in the local kookoolele clinic! Something is not right in her head.
