As an origins player my strategy was to attempt beating the first big ring special stage. If I won I beated the act to save my game and I lost I would go to main menu then go back to sonic 3 then go in the first big ring and try the level again
My question is i play on pc and idk how to make tails assist sonic in the air while his flying and then sonic grabs on to his hands whats the control for that? on pc!

I can finally join the club of ppl who got all chaos emeralds in sonic 3&K. now i can also join the club of ppl who got all the super emeralds in sonic 3&K.
You can restart if you own the ps2 version because of the save menu on the pause screen it's cheating and you won't get the satisfaction so only do it if your new to the game and for test runs
for someone trying to get a general idea how to do the blue sphere levels, this video is too much as its rather "show-off-y". its cool though that someone can do it backwards but not everybody wants to do that for a tutorial on quick emeralds.

I don't like Sonic 3. It feels very chaotic, unfinished and rushed. The zones and acts are like huge mazes, you don't know where to go. The bonus stages are hellishly difficult. The enemies are placed unfairly. I gave up in Carnival Zone, when I didn't find the exit in Act 1 after 10 minutes, game over. Lol. No thanks. I'll happily stick with Sonic 1 and 2, they're the best Sonics ever made.

You can get all of them earliest on Hydrocity Act 2.

I used 2 player so I could fly with tails and if you don’t get all emeralds you just get a bad ending. Nothing much!
