Thanks Will. I went on Amazon 5 minutes ago and they are on offer at £299 but I was able to activate a £70 voucher so I got it for £229. Result. Appreciate you continuing to bring content like this. Please continue to do so after the new toy arrives and you get back to Campervan life. The Cali Ocean you inspired us to buy is 1 in January. Have an excellent Xmas. Ian
Thanks for the video. With these kind of projectors can you invert the image so that you suspend them from the underside of a motorhome eye level cupboard using the tripod mount?
Exactly - this is a great alternative at a great price. Better value than the nebula for sure and with the right features built in. Plus a free carry case too!
Thanks for the review I have the nebula capsule and the difference is day and night 150 lum is terrible and 100% not useable in the day on any projector, this isn’t even 1080p in today’s standards this major lacks, u can get the nebula max 2 for That money that would knock it out the park, just my view after owning nebula and buying this I sent it back, but that’s my personal choice thanks for all the reviews u do
Hi Will great review I have a VW Campervan. We Currently watch Netflix etc on a small TV Screen, but looking at this could be a great alternative, are there any reasonably priced projection screens you could recommend
Oh yes there are! Campervanbits do brackets for a small roll up screen for both the California and for a T5 onwards with grab handles in the cab. Take a look here: vwcaliforniaclub.com/shop/product/vw-california-t5-t6-t6-1-projector-screen-fitting-kit
Well, I was only saying to Sarah yesterday that this is the one we’ll be using in the van when it arrives. Purely really for the usb c charging and twisting of the body to help alignment without a tripod. V v easy!
Hi Will we are buying a Sven and want to add two solar panels to get as much power as possible as I have seen a picture showing two panels on it . Do you have any idea what is the largest you can get . Also having two panels how can you set them so that you get the full power from both panels and it does not get taken over by the lowest shade panel and loose the benefit Thanks Graeme
Hi Graeme, yes we're doing the same with ours. 2x 100w panels. A glass one in the middle of the roof next to the toilet skylight and then a flexipanel across the rear of the van so it's nice and low profile. We're having two MPPTs so they will work independently of each other and not be affected if one is in shade. Slightly more expensive way of doing it but better than stringing them together.
Hi Wil thank you for the reply that’s very helpful where do the mppts go in the van as I have not found the consumer unit yet unless it’s in the rear or under the double seat at the front. Many thanks for taking the time to reply
The MPPTs will be wired into the leisure batteries, probably via the 70ah one that is under the right hand front seat. The MPPTs tend to be mounted under there too. They won't go near the 240v consumer unit at all (which is under the double seat I believe).
Very disappointed that you now do paid promotions. I have bought several item that you have recommended in the past but now I’m not sure if this is the best or are you recommending it as you have been paid to say it.
Honestly.. not a great review.. firstly this is an expensive projector for its specs. You can get a XGIMI Halo + for not much more and its 3-4 times brighter, much better resolution and a ton of more features (auto focus, auto keystone). Also you say you can see this during the day. There is no way on earth you can use this during the day at 150 ANSI lumens... Also the killer features that it rotates is laughable. You can literally attach all portable projectors to any small camera tripod and you can adjust the angel any which way you want. Sorry guys, not your best video!
It’s a real shame that this channel has changed from being really informative to a poor version of a shopping channel. This is not a brilliant projector as you claim but a very poorly specked overpriced product.

That's a GREAT result!! Well done, you'll love it!

Yes I think it can do that
@@CampervanTime Thanks
Mmm interesting I was looking at the nebula but this has given me another choice

Useful review, thanks
Oooh Something else to add to my Xmas list, I’m going to have to have been a really, really, really good boy this year now 🤞🏻
I’m sure you have been 😆
Cool, how does it compare to your Nebula?

What is the paid promotion?
The paid promo is the fact that they sent it to us to review
The resolution is way to low.
