I wanna play this game but mame says "pic16c57.bin has an incorrect length" and i was looking for the file for a whole week, any idea or place I could be able to find it?
The sound was added to MAME in version 0.247. What I would suggest looking for is a romset that is for 0.247 or newer. Any copy of the game in that romset should be correct.

Yep. That's how Cabal style games work. Wild Guns is a better example of this type of game.

I like Cabal, although I personally like Wild Guns more. In this case, I was only comparing Wild Guns to Hard Times anyways.
