Twitch Streamer Amouranth ARSON ATTACK?

- Twitch’s top female streamer, Amouranth, had her house catch fire last week, and now she has come forward to say that investigators “strongly suspect arson.”
Amouranth is not a stranger to controversy, having previously been at the heart of both the Hot Tub and Ear Lick metas on Twitch. But now Twitch’s most viewed female streamer has a different kind of controversy to deal with, after a suspected arsonist went after her house, setting it on fire.
Amouranth has had issues with constant swatting, like so many other popular Twitch streamers like xQc have to deal with, but having your house set on fire is a dangerous new development if in fact the arsonist was specifically going after Amouranth. Amouranth also revealed that she had caught someone trying to shoot fireworks at her house the year before, and that police were looking at surveillance footage to try and identify the arsonist behind the fire.
Luckily, no one was hurt, and Amouranth and her pets made it out of the house safely. Only one side of her house caught fire, although the streamer has not revealed the full extent of the damage. But if this was targeted at Amouranth, we may have seen the terrifying next evolution of swatting, where instead of calling the police, these deranged fans start taking matters into their own hands.

As a firefighter/EMT, and fire inspector…I can affirm that when one commits arson they are NOT setting fire to trash cans and the contents within them. Arson is a crime against people, and therefore is carried out on the residential dwelling, place of employment, and churches they attend. Arsonists do not start fires in trash cans.
She didnt say it was the trash can. She has confirmed it was the house, just the side of the house where the trashcans are kept.
You clearly follow her to know this. Brick and siding, they don’t just catch fire easily and would take a considerable amount of both accelerant and time to catch fire. It will be interesting to see the inspector’s report should she ever release it. Has she said she would be releasing the report when the investigation is complete?

She has also been known to provide fuzzy “facts,” so it is not so much as reading comprehension being a problem as it is misinformation that I find to be problematic. That area specifically has what, dirt? Dirt doesn’t burn. Cement? Cement won’t catch fire either. Grass? Will burnout far too quickly to sustain a fire. Occam’s Razor would support it being something in her trash can that ignited, like an electronic device with batteries left in it; which is one of the most common place causes of fires in “areas where trash cans are.” But it was just my job of fourteen years, what would I know?

The Greater Houston Area is large and has it's fair share of characters. GHA is also loaded with HOAs. If this shit was constantly happening to her, she would be moving around a lot. According to public records, that is not the case.
