I want to say something - when I was 16 yr old, I was badly addicted to Instagram and would scroll mindlessly the whole day. So during that time I was extremely sensitive as a typical teenage girl and Instagram reels were fuel to the fire. It made me insecure from every angle possible, I would cry my eyes out bcus of my insecurity . I would continuously compare myself with the influencers and the kpop idols. Becoming a little mature I realized how bad influence social media can have and how it can shatter our confidence. I deleted Instagram on 7th fab, 2024 . It was huge achievement for me. Now I'm happy with myself and my surroundings, life's feeling better ❤

The video brilliantly captures the paradox of the beauty industry. While it promotes self-expression and confidence, it often sets unrealistic standards that can harm self-esteem and mental health. This toxic beauty culture needs to shift towards inclusivity and genuine self-acceptance. Thanks for shedding light on this important issue!

Fake beauty standards among Gen Z are often perpetuated by social media platforms, where heavily edited images and unrealistic portrayals of beauty are prevalent this constant exposure can create a distorted sense of self and unrealistic expectations. The pressure to conform to these ideals can lead to issues like body dysmorphia, low self-esteem, and mental health problems Despite a growing movement towards body positivity and authenticity, the pervasive nature of these unrealistic standards still poses significant challenges I hope people & children understand that and Mahi bhaiya really love You and thanks alot for making these types awarnesss videos truly impressive and appreciated and once again love to your all efforts and by your team 💕🤝💌✨

I'm 15, this year, I've been through eating disorder. I was so affected by the so called beauty standards to the level where i was in the hospital. I never felt enough. As for now I'm finally got over it. The best step was to sabotage myself from social media. Yes, beauty matters! Yes self care is improving your beauty but you don't have to go over your limits for that. I hope, if there's somebody out there who's going through the same can understand that, the way your body changes it's shape is natural and it's important to learn to embrace it.
Hello Brother, I watched your video on social media couple of months ago about how fake it can be. Since then I have deactivated all my social media accounts and I can say that my life has changed drastically. Just about 6 months ago I couldn’t fall asleep in the night. If I went to bed at 10:00 it would take around 4 hours to fall asleep. I can honestly say that I get a very good sleep these days and I feel very motivated and have a strong mindset and it’s easier to wake up early in the morning with a feeling of proper rest and sleep. I feel like I have been the most happy in the last 6 months. Thank you very much for your videos, I tend to watch all your videos hoping to get positive energy which you never disappoint. And please keep making these type of videos.

I really needed this video as sometimes i feel insecure about how I look. But watching this video gave me a new perspective and changed my thought process. Thank you so much❤
i disagree however I agree with some points but not at all. Yes, in this generation not everyone is beautiful you need a good body, face, skin colour and facial features to be beautiful. If I take my story, I was bullied because I wasn't fair and had brown skin colour. I'm not good looking and want fair skin, nice body, and facial features. One of my classmates hates me because he used to make fun of me and when I replied to him he started hating me called me because I was brown and not white. No one loves a person without fair skin or good facial features. It's nearly impossible in this generation to find someone who loves you the way you're or by your personality. Even my parents sometimes hated me for that. I also don't have any friends and that's one of the reasons. No one really liked me or cared about me. Cause I wasn't good looking. I don't want to be perfect but I want to be an average good looking boy and a friend who will be my back, cares about me, would be loyal, honest and supportive. Also talking about personality then I literally helped those who hated me because my parents taught me to help everyone when someone needs help. But all of my classmates whom I trusted betrayed me and didn't help me when I needed them the most. The last person i trusted also betrayed me, the last time when I talked to him was when I gave him the gift for his birthday. He had, my mom and my dad's phone number but he didn't care and it's 3 months and he didn't call me. I helped every poor person I saw. Many times my mom gives me money so that I could buy something for lunch (many times mom doesn't cook something because of some reasons) and some poor people ask me for money and I give them cause I feel bad for them. I never betrayed anyone, helped everyone still everything bad happened to me and everyone says if you do something good, good things will happen to you and you will get rewarded but in my 17Years of life not a single day has been passed where nothing bad happened. If you have courage and time to read that much lengthy comment 😅 then make a video conserding my facts and can you still say that no one is ugly. And everyone should accept themselves as they are? Again I don't want to be perfect but an average good looking person.

You are really doing a very great job , today's generation needs to take good words seriously, these models and influencers are just using us to promote them and making us disheartened about ourselves... Listen all girls and boys, you are perfect, you need no change physically, just eat healthy and be fit , and have a good personality and that's what will make you win the long run.
In today's world we are forgetting that how we are from indide , everyone wants their surroundings to be perfect in terms of body not in terms of mentality, people wants their partner to look oerfect irrespective of thier nature ..... nice video my man! bringing more light to this topic I believe the issue of toxic beauty standards on social media is complex and multifaceted. Historically, these standards have been influenced by men, leading to insecurities in women from a young age. However, it's crucial to recognize that men are also affected by these standards. Blaming one gender for this phenomenon is overly simplistic and unproductive. This issue isn't just a recent development caused by social media; it's been ingrained in society for ages, dating back to the very beginnings of male and female interactions. Over time, these insecurities have evolved, creating a distorted and unrealistic portrayal of beauty for both genders. We should aim to address these societal pressures collectively, rather than pointing fingers at one group.

I have social media accounts but I minimally use them. I try to consume more good content, even on Instagram I try not to watch reels but my friends are their so I have to use it. If we use them minimally and effectively they will not affect much

maybe the best video which absolutely talks about the truth and dare to define what beauty actually means!! hats off to you man!

Beauty is not the change by makeup,
But a smile you wear,
Affection of your confidence,
Trust of your words,
Beauty is defined by liars when they say its visually,
But beauty is not what you see but the feeling your hearth,
Peace of your eyes,
Happiness of your life!
Its very hard to guess how our generation is going to survive this era.

Wake up to reality this channel is pure definition of this line

Height obsession in boys is also so high." Every man should be 180cm"
I hate this line. I am 167cm and I am happy with it
What's your age? Like yeah boys wanna grow more because nowadays there's a trend that women will only date 6ft+ man, this western world is doomed. I am 175cm at 15, neither happy nor sad like height isn't a factor that should bother me.
Very nice attitude 👍 We should love ourselves ❤

Broo are you a twin of mine😭🫂🥺🥺
I am with you bro❤

@PANDA_0783 Bro just wanna say that ki all this things whatever u hv said nothing matters in long term... just ignore this feelings study hard work on ur skills establish urself eventually everything whatever u wish whatever u want will come around for sure... actually if I had a chance I would have told all this to my younger version nevertheless I wish u hv a great future ahead !! more support to you....❤
U Will surely have a great future ahead of u, keep helping those poor and keep moving forward ignore all the problem even though i know its hard to bear but ur hard working will pay u off my friend believe in god, i was also like u but i never give up i know its easy to say than done, all the beauty standard are created by human and i believe at one point this beauty standard will be meaningless and only the talent and hard working will remain..the burden we have as a ugly face will surely pain us but we can't do anything but keep moving forward but once again i am sayin don't be depressed and keep moving forward one day u will surely meet a person who u can rely on...! My best wishes for u😊
Peoples compare themselves with other beacuse of which a feeling of insecurity is devloped among youths and they are not able to understand that these all looks doesn't matter a lot if you are not good from heart ...
It's good that you are trying to clarify our doubts but we need more influencers beacuse of which this voice can reach on next level........
Having a good health is more important than having this worst beauty standard which is set by some people's..! Hat's off to your work...watch full video and plzz share them also...!!

really u spreading a very good msg,..people don't know the meaning of leaving healthy its never mean u have to be in perfect shape its mean u have to eat everthing fats, proteins etc properly in a proper quntity ,yoga excersies meditation its for ur good mental and physical health if u do it u r loving ur self bt it doesn't mean u have to do intense excersies or stop eating this is so wrong u r destroying urself...plz love urself as u r ,...you are beautiful everyone is beautiful...be confident for how ever u r...

Super video. I've seen many clg boys discussing that none of their classmate girls are beautiful. These boys have a deep impression that beautiful girl is the one they see on social media and films. But, real beauty lies in a person's character and thoughts.

I will like to tell you something, don't take too much pictures of yourself and look at mirror. Only during bathing and when you will go to outing. Pimples, rashes are common and indication of health. Eat healthy foods, avoid junk foods and be happy for who you are. If you have a beautiful heart, then obviously you will be beautiful.
But if u feel like, your problems Ar quite big, then I think you should go to doctors.
Hope this helps.
When a kind person or good hearted person speaks to you just see you feel like massage on your head if you feel like this then that person is beautiful

I am Naturally fair because of genetic but a lot of my friends use to ask me what should I do to get fair skin like you and I don't know why I feel little bad because I think is I am making them insecure
That's only seen in girl but rarely in boys like even I have pahadi genetics but never had any of my friend talked about my colour or anybody else's.
nice video my man! bringing more light to this topic I believe the issue of toxic beauty standards on social media is complex and multifaceted.
