  • A Bachmann Spectrum Consolidation 2-8-0 I remodelled to the WWI Pershing. The Pershing is pulling the REE Modeles 1918-2018 centenary wagon pack. The Pershing was also used by the Railway Operating Division but painted black. Both the Pershings and rolling stock came over in parts and we assembled at three locations in France. The remodelling involved removing the front light, steps and replacing the tender. The version used in the USA was different to the model used overseas.

I'm near speechless on this one Michael. The valve gear. WOW! Great modifications, just a coat of paint on the wires between loco and tender and it's perfect.

Thanks Al. It was a Bachmann Spectrum loco. You can pick them up at a reasonable price. If I find the right tender, I will make a ROD version in black.

Thank you. Bachmann, their Spectrum range but the tender is from another I bought. The one that comes with it is correct for use in the USA but not France
