I’m a democrat and I love this guy. It is more about caring about the person as a whole than it is about politics. Being lenient doesn’t produce results. For some of these people, this is the first real father figure they have had that really cares. I believe in this kind of justice…life-changing justice
He knows what hes doing dragging mum up and asking the kid questions, its a lot harder lying when mums stood next to you pulling faces instantly when you lie.
I liked the way that he spoke to the first young man (teenager). He spoke to him the way that a father should have spoken to him long ago. 👍 These younger ones need someone to speak no-nonsense, "real talk" to them, while they still have a chance. I love, love this Judge. Judge Fleischer should ask the defendants or parent(s) to WRITE down their phone number or other personal, sensitive information, not verbally disclose this info. Very dangerous to broadcast that kind of info on public live stream or recorded media. I hope that someone soon make that a requirement. Otherwise, I love judge Fleischer.
Did understand it correctly that a 17 year old girl claimed to have been assaulted and now faces charges because two adults claim it to be a lie and that they had "consentual" intercourse with this 17 year old several times?

50 yr old conservative here. I love judge Fleischer. This is how the justice system should work.
