I've been going round and round in circles trying to get Photon/PUN2 working based on other tutorials (Valem / Justin P) and something always seems to go wrong. This / you are a godsend. Yea I’ve been beating my head against a wall trying to get Photon working myself it’s such a PAIN even for just basic 2/3D games. Very excited to try this method out later tn!
@@audacitychild1927 sry for late reply, but a guy named b awesome made a photon tut. I used it for my game and it’s quite easy to follow.
@@Crowcaine6944 yea i use that tut to but that only uses gorilla rig but you can change that

Thanks for this series. I'm guessing this is server authoritative and connecting to the Normcore server. Can you please show how to make a LAN version with server/host or at least a lobby for joining the game whether it's server/host or server/client?

Thank you for the video. I have a question, I followed all the steps carefully but when playing, I cannot see the hand features, i see only the head. Alaso, there is this camera icon that covers the avatar head. How can I resolve these issues? Thank you

Yes! You would need to make your own player prefab, and hook up probably some inverse kinematics system (I'd recommend final Ik if you want to buy one)

Here is the challenge i'm facing;
Have successfully created a Multi-player VR environment. However, I tried running the same VR application using Unity 3D in two different gaming computers.
One with the Quest and another with the Rift S.
The problem is the Quest headset communicates with the Rift S. However, the Rift S does not communicate with the Quest. I can only hear myself on the Rift S.
Pls kindly tell me what i'm missing thank you
Glad to hear it was helpful! That sounds like a hardware issue potentially, might be a dumb question but have you made sure you have a microphone connected, or the right microphone is being used for Unity?

How do I avoid that there are 2 players spawning? When I run it on my Oculus my ocolus version spawns right trough the version that is spawned in Unity. You have that to "VR Player (Clone" 2x.

having letters in your project name such as æøå or other non-english letters usually causes this issue
