Honestly you’d be surprised how much it wasn’t worth taking metal in. I could load a truck bed and a trailer full of engines and transmissions and other stuff and get $100 for all of it. By the time I did everything it wasn’t worth the time or effort for it. Catalytic converters we’re the only thing we had worth scrapping
