    36:47 I think that maintenance man he's referring to is actually Jose Marrero of Euro Brokers. In several recounts of that day told by several Euro Brokers employees, most notably in a documentary called "A Tale of Two Towers" Richard Fern, who had a walkie talkie, could hear Dave Vera calling for help. Brian Clark was with David Vera and his group when he left to help Stanley Praimnath on the 81st floor. While escaping, Brian Clark mentions that he ran into Jose Marrero coming up the stairs on the 68th floor. Brian asked Jose what was he doing and Jose replied that he could hear Dave Vera on the walkie talkie and he needed help. Brian also mentioned that later on coworkers mentioned to him that Jose helped some of the coworkers down to about the 30's or 40's which lines up with What Joe is saying here. It would be interesting if someone showed that documentary to Joe Dittmar or if someone showed him Jose's photo. It's a very interesting story.

    Rick Blood, the person who told Joe Dittmar to evacuate the meeting after the first crash, was a hero that morning. Joe owes his life to Rick. If Rick hesitated or wasn't adamant, the second plane would've crashed beneath Joe's shoes.
    Sadly, Rick perished that morning.

    • @Jerseybytes2
      @Jerseybytes2 Рік тому +2

      some cell phones were just plain awful even on a good day. I had a friend and any time we went out we always chose places her cell phone worked at, and more than once I remember her saying, "i have to ask the other parents what carrier they have". even in my house, if she wanted to use her cell phone vs my landline she'd walk all over in hopes of finding a spot the phone worked.
      I was so happy when speed dial was invented (yeah, I'm old lol). but rotary phones were the worst, specially if the number had a lot of 8 or 9 in it, and you got a busy signal. back to redialing all those numbers again. then it's busy again, and now you're in an argument and screaming at the receiver and shouting, "just hang the phone already so I can call you". and then you slammed the phone down. that last part tho was always rather satisfying

    What about Kevin Cosgrove's call recording then? He was calling from 105th floor South Tower. If supposedly everyone from 105th floor left, then how he and at least few other people where there when the second plane hit? Cosgrove claims that he had made a call to his wife telling her that ''he's ok and leaving the building'', so what really happened? Did he left the office on 105th floor, was going down the stairs and when the people were advised to stay at their desks, did he decide to go back up? And how was he able to even make a call? Was he perhaps on the same meeting with Joe Dittmar prior?

    I'm Australian. But l was on a Greek island just checking out of a Supermarket at 3pm when a text came from my friend in Melbourne. A plane had hit the WTC. To be honest, l'd never heard of the WTC. But by the end of the day l certainly had. People were sitting in their souvenir shops watching the horror unfold. I went back to my hotel and watched until it was all over. My Auntie and her American husband lived in Washington. He was meant to be at the Pentagon that day. He had a migraine and hadn't gone. Such a lucky escape.

    • @jasonmardoniomeza1711
      @jasonmardoniomeza1711 2 роки тому

      Those towers were brought down by explosives. They were not supposed to collapse the way they did in 10 to 12 seconds straight downward into their own footprint. NIST claimed that there was no evidence of explosives being used that day but when asked if they had looked for explosives possibly being used....NIST said no they had not. If the 2 twin towers and building # 7 had truly collapsed from a plane hitting it and/or fires or jet fuel they would have collapsed gradually over a period of many hours or even days. They would not have collapsed and turned into a pile of dustified concrete and twisted steel in 10 to 12 seconds. NIST said that this was a first in history that a building like building # 7 was brought down by office fires. They said building codes would probably have to be changed. Well....it has been 21 years since that horrific day and there has been no changes to building codes. Why is that? Because anyone with a brain really knows that those buildings were taken down by explosives in a controlled demolition. They are just keeping quiet about it and keeping their heads in the sand. It's a huge elephant in the room and it's sad.
