- My New McLaren 720s Le Mans Edition with only 20-30 miles is already broken. While it is an incredible car, McLaren really has some work to do.

Italians and Germans know how to build cars British not so much.I own a McLaren 720S while I have not had a lot of mechanical issues a lot of glitches. Currently my mirror control knob is broken it's like a piece of s*** made of light plastic. It is lost its ability to bring the mirrors in and out It needs to be fixed.My wife by accident hit the window button to open the door and it pulled off in her hand like a little piece of plastic. For all the money you spend on this car yes it has phenomenal performance.in comparison to my Lamborghini performante it feels like you are in a well-built home when you're in the Lambo and a cheap throw-up mobile home in the McLaren

Definitely keep it...for a limited numbered edition with those options included it’s a great looking car at a great price..would be very surprised if it’s nota winner long term over a more expensive 765 LT

thats the problem with these low production supercars, they have a issues you will never find in a everyday car. Toyota that produces millions of cars every year will know in detail every minute issues with their car and can perfect their quality control. If you're producing maybe a thousand cars than you just don't have the numbers or data to even know what the issues are until they pop up. That's why you can buy a multimillion dollar car and it won't even start. I think its a good idea to find a manufacturer that has a good balance between production numbers that also makes some higher end supercars. Mercedes, maybe Porsche comes to mind.
Dump and get 765 , than tune it , do the basic PJ touch lower it and get rims . Than have some save give you a rim job 🤣
LEmans package is a bit overkill on the price.. Are the wheel Carbon fiber at least?? I would buy the LT and dump this one.. the value will not go up for at least a couple of years...

I respect the speed and handling of McLarens but I’m too afraid to purchase one due to long term issues. That’s why I’m getting a 911 Turbo S in a couple of years.
I might have to go up to the UK and see how they build these cars 😂😂 mclaren has had build quality issues for ages and they only care about releasing 278 new cars or whatever every year

Yep! My 720s was a pos too!! Worse yet Mclaren customer service is even worse . Not to mention the absolute worst depreciation in the industry! But , they build fast cars 😅🤣😂
Why not the 720 spider if you are living in south Florida and plus the only Mclaren that is going up in value is the F1 from the 90"

You can dress it up with some carbon fiber packages from China which are way cheaper than the American deals I'm working with McLaren bits a very good company whole package $19, 000. That includes rear diffuser rear bumper side splitters fully covering rear panel and front It is novitec half Price. Front splitter. Iside sales for interior. Total quest with shipping 19,000 from China.If you don't want to do that and you want more power or if you want both you can go to DMV tuning for about 16,500 you will get a stage to install. I am contemplating doing this on my McLaren spider. And it will be better than the 765 and faster than just about anything on the street.
