Seriously what does Kelly expect. When u date the love of your friends life you're doomed to being insecure cause deep down she knew she would never have with Dylan what Brenda did. She and Dylan was such a joke together, he blatantly never stopped loving Brenda and didn't hide it much. Dylan& Brenda alwayssss!

Gees even when Toni was killed he went straight to Brenda and was with her pretty much the entire time he was gone.
That apparently two weeks after Donna and David's wedding they broke up and he was constantly in contact with Brenda again now that he has passed away all I want is the reboot to give us our happy ending him and Shannon were working on something for their fans I hope she can let us know what it was Luke always wanted Dylan and Brenda back together
The only person I really liked Dylan with besides Brenda was Toni, I never like Kelly and Dylan together. Toni was the only other person other than Brenda who really understood Dylan. IMO, Kelly and Dylan never had anything serious they so called relationship was nothing more than lust and insecurity. They never had real love between them like Dylan had with Brenda or even Toni. BD would have ended up together if Shannen (Brenda) hadn't left the show, not DK. They had to rewrite the ending when Shannen left the show for good.
Kelly should had never dated Dylan. If Kelly was a true friend she wouldn't had done that. Friends don't do that to friends if that was me I would told her to go to hell and never be her friend call her a 2 facebitch

It was no surprise she went after him when she got the chance. SMH. I loved Brenda with Dylan and was surprised they kept bringing Kelly and Dylan together.
I'm not the biggest Brenda/Dylan shipper since he cheated on her with her Best friend, even when Kelly insisted on ending the affair Dylan wanted to keep things going, see now i belive if you truly love someone you would do anything not to hurt that person, but Dylan obivously didn't love Brenda enough to wait for her for an entire summer, while i belive Dylan loved Brenda, he just didn't love her enough not to hurt herotherwise he wouldn't have cheated, and no i don't like him with Kelly even though they had some not so bad moments i preferer her with Brandon, i think i Dylan was Best with Toni, but one thing i never understood was how easy it was for Brenda to forgive Dylan, heck even take him back, and one thing that still brothers me is how most people tend to solely blame Kelly for the affair and let Dylan of scotch free.
Also, Dylan was attempting to cheat on Kelly with Brenda too BUT it was Brenda who stopped him otherwise he would have cheated on her as well.. Heels Beals I agree that Dylan and Kelly pairing was a terrible decision and yes it made no sense at all despite their fans trying to prove otherwise and a lot of the time, they talk a load of nonsense. Kelly and Brandon made a lot more sense and is probably the best adult relationship on the whole show - I actually grew to like them even though initially I wasn't really a fan of them when I first watched them back in the 90s. I was more into Brandon/Andrea pairing and loved him with Emily too but now I do believe Kelly and Brandon were perfect for each other

What confuses me and I'm a huge Brenda and Dylan fan is the fact that if Dylan and Kelly were "soulmates" can somebody please clear up something on two questions I have one... If she was the love of his life why did she never ever help him with any of his addictions. Why did she leave him to deal with all his issues and problems and his addictions by himself why didn't she offer him support get him some help.. Isnt that what your partner in life meant to do. Help you thru your problems .Unlike Brenda she was always there for him. Kelly only cared about herself.. Number two, can somebody tell me did he ever confess his love to Kelly like he did with Brenda.. Dylan and Kelly's whole relationship was based on lust and sex that's it..

Brenda was the one who called it over with him. She met Rick and was hanging out with him while Dylan and Kelly were developing feelings for one another. The writers had to change the outcome when Shannen left the show. I think that's what ultimately led to Kelly and Dylan ending up together at the end of the final season.
