The Leadership Coaching Experience

On July 12, 2018 Erin and Mike Hutchins explored why leadership and performance coaching is a critical professional development skill for senior leaders.
The School of Professional Studies, in collaboration with ACT Leadership, is now enrolling a professional leadership program, beginning in fall 2018. Thanks very much for the demo. I wonder what you think of this: instead of asking "What would it be like to raise your 'me time' from 2 to 8 and put that guilt aside?", I was tempted to ask "What makes 'me time' something to feel guilty about?" . My reason for this question would be to reflect together on what could be legitimate concerns and what, instead, self-limiting beliefs. Do you feel it'd be more of a directive way to follow the conversation? Next, I'd have asked what else they feel when they have 'me time', what is the 'good' part of it? I guess this would be more feasible in a longer coaching session, wouldn't it? When one has more space and time for exploration. (p.s. I'm a PCC certified coach myself, hence my special interest in questions 🙂)
