They give salary based on passport. I am from Pakistan and work in a hospital as IT support. I get 6000 QAR.
My colleague who is hired for the same position and role is from Italy and gets 12500 QAR a month.
We were hired and trained at the same time.
This is injustice, however we can't say that or else we will lose the little we have.
