The new design of Tacitus Proctor is lackluster. Lorewise, Tacitus Proctor did research on battle automatas and psychic abilities because their close relationship with the Thousand Sons. Thus, the old design made more sense than the new one.
The new Tacticus is super disappointing. I enjoyed playing with the 4e Vehicle Stun Card with Tacticus as a catch-up gimick on Low Terra / Practice. That playstyle just got shot down...
