Being a new mom with young children and living in cold weather can feel very isolating. Now that my children are adults and my husband and I are alone, I wish I can turn the clocl back to have those days when I was busy all the time with my young children. Enjoy and cherish the quiet busy life.

In Hawaii we do have snow but only on the highest summit but when there is snow it makes the surrounding island a lot cooler than we normally experience. Nothing like Aomori 😮 Stay warm …but enjoy making snow angels with meiha 😂 ❤

I lived in Misawa Japan for two years (military) and this is what it looked like in the winter, we got so much snow. But I loved Japan and thought it was absolutely beautiful and the people are so respectful. You’ve gained a new follower from Kentucky, USA.

I’m in England UK and we don’t have the drainage holes that you have to pu the snow down ours are much smaller and don’t all lift up easily . We just have to pile snow up on the ground but we do more or less what you were doing just clean off the cars . But we do have snow ploughs that go round the busiest routes and clear the snow off to the sides . The local councils arrange this .

Aloha Rose. I am so delighted to have your channel come up in my recommends. This is the first vlog of yours I've watched. In Hawaii there are many Japanese and Filipinos. I am not Japanese or Filipina, but my daughter is half Filipina. My husband was half Japanese. I am so glad to see you're living your dream by moving to Japan. It is mine too but I want to live in Okinawa because it rarely snows there. Hawaii gal cannot handle all that snow. But I love Japan culture. My husband passed 9 yrs ago, maybe I can find a Japanese husband too lol. Really enjoyed seeing your precious children. @@rosekurokawa0408 Thank you for you kind reply. No, daughter does not speak any Philippine language. She is Ilocana but was very ashamed to be part filipino because of how others treated her and made fun of her for it. Only in the past few years has she become to appreciate that part of herself. Now she is very close to her fathers side of the family and that really helped her a lot. She nor I have ever had the opportunity to visit either place. Only I have the desire to move away from America. She is quite contented. Wishing you and family a blessed day. God bless.

She’s a handful with she doesn’t sleep well at night. I am surprised you are up. I nap when my baby naps or I don’t get enough sleep. I am a zombie everyday. Take care

We have not had much snow so far this winter in southern New Hampshire---another mild winter so far--but maybe we'll get more in late Jan and Feb as we did last year.

Her priority right now is caring for her newborn, recovering physically, and adjusting to this new phase of life-not meeting anyone's standards for a spotless house. A little mess is perfectly normal and expected. Instead of focusing on something so trivial, why not offer her some support, or encouragement, ? That would mean so much more than unnecessary criticism.
