I use a rubber band to put around the strap.

What do you mean “come up a little bit” to avoid the skipped stitch. I couldn’t quite make out what you were doing.
I get such value out of your videos, btw. The creativity of your material choices, the knowledge of how fabrics behave, and the respect you show to other designers keeps me coming back to see what you’ll do next.
Learning so much. Thank you! 😊

pull the needle up a bit so it catches the hook and thread, that prevents the thread from skipping at corners especially! Thank you so so much I appreciate you!

Do you find having the connectors going upwards lets the bag fit better?
I have made probably 6 of these and thought I was doing it "wrong" (not that there is a wrong way. Because the pattern has them going down. But then I have seen more videos/posts about them going upwards.
When do I do my next one I will have to come back and watch your video about the pockets. For some reason the written instructions didnt make sense to me on those pockets to hid the edges of the tape. So I do mine differently. Which still works.

Yes, either way really does work, I actually prefer how it hangs with the d rings going up. but the other way is fine too! Thank you so so much!
