hello sir, i hope you are doing well, i came across your channel a few days ago, im a grade 10 student currently studying in india, ive started watching the 8.01 videos and hope to finish it by the months end, thank you truly for making something so valuable on this app.
Happy belated new year sir🎉🎉 I will be completing my 10th grade this year and as an Indian I've heard a lot about you. I love physics so could you suggest which playlist of yours should i start for 11th?
It is worth noting that the equivalent resistance between nodes 1 and 2 is 7/12*R. I calculated this using the node voltage method in circuit analysis. How can I share a document containing the solution?
There are multiple methods to solve these kinds of questions either by symmetry, plain old Kirchhoff law or my personal favourite I draw a simplified version of this circuit kind of in 2d by checking the connectivity of each of these resistors hardly takes a minute and then we can find some symmetry in them
Hi professor , I'm asking you a question it's sensible. Do you support this book 📙 " Brief Answers to the Big Questions Book by Stephen Hawking " I'm very supportive on this 😁
Sir, if a particle performs SHM, even the value of its displacement from the mean position (x) also performs SHM, Can the same be said for the values of velocity (v) and acceleration (a) of the particle?
Hello Walter Lewin sir I'm student of RG Lectures. " Rahul Jeewani sir " He's your student and now I'm studying by him 😊😊 Thanks a lot sir for creating such coolest Playlists 😊❤❤ Love you from India 🇮🇳 😊🙂🙂
@lecturesbywalterlewin.they9259 in given solution what is the equivalent resistance between points 1 and 2 ? And equivalent resistance between 1 and 3 ? In these points there are no symmetry like points 1 and 7 . Here current distribution is difficult so I asked you
Watch all my 94 MIT course lectures. Start with 8.01, then 8.02, then 8.03. Do all the homework and take all my exams. *I guarantee you that you will then do very well on the Physics portion of any freshman college or JEE exam* You will find all information you need on this channel in three playlists "Homework, Exam, Solutions & Lecture Notes". 8.01 & 8.02 will each take about 200 hours, 8.03 about 250 hours.
Hello sir, how are you? I hope you will be fine Your videos are very useful, dear sir please suggest me some books of physics related to light and its dual nature. Thank you so much ♥️🙏
Professor Lewin I bought a copy of signed book from the form on your Instagram. I have still not received any information on it till now. I bought it 2 and a half weeks ago. Can you please provide me information about it
Thank you professor for everything you've done .. including this day's video.. I was kinda surprised to be honest to see another one of your updates.
You are most welcome, it is my pleasure.
Hurrrayyyy! Problem 220 is not the last one in 2025. Looking forward to 221.
221 wil be not so easy as 220
@@lecturesbywalterlewin.they9259, I'm looking forward to 221, whatever difficulty it will be 😊

Hello hello hello Sir
A huge fan from india❤❤❤❤
Thankyou so much you made physics very easy and interesting...😊❤❤❤❤
Great, keep watching!
I really like your way in explaining
I never knew about the second method. I've always used kirchoffs law in these kind of problems. Thanks sir

Love these problems and interesting for me as I am in undergraduate

Well that's the hard way, but very interesting......
Gelukkig nieuwjaar 🍏⚜🌾 we thank you.

You're right, there are many ways to solve this problem
if you like physics, what do you know about gravity?
Who do you think this guy is?
The Cavendish constant named G
Times the product of Mass A and B
All over the square
Of the distance they share
Gives the force of our friend gravity

Sir, could you answer please to find equivalent resistance between
1. Face diagonal and
2. Adjacent points
2.
is this a joke?
@lecturesbywalterlewin.they9259 in given solution what is the equivalent resistance between points 1 and 2 ?
