I hooked up an x9000 v2 and an xlb60 motor today. I know FOR SURE i hooked the colored ohase wires up correctly, but when i turned it on with it set to anti clockwise, it spun backwards. Swapped it in the app and its fine... but its kind of weirding me out

You guys ever swich batteries back and forth? I was looking for something 60v and 72volt friendly. The KO power boast it can easily switch between the 60 ans 72 battery easy. I hope this controller can too

Hard choice, We haven't ridden the torp as its not out yet... X-9000 is amazing for really fast bikes and more tune ability bit for a stock battery we are loving the Nucular, it still works well with an upgraded battery but at the end of the day we prefer the x-9000 for that.

I would wait until you get a battery..installed this controller on my stock sting r and less torque on the high end and less top speed and a lot of people are having this issue

We have a good understanding of custom wiring so that's how we made the light work, it wasn't plug and play by any means. And the display has a GR setting adjustment inside where you can adjust it so that it can still be at least roughly accurate.
Stock talarias do not have reverse. When you switch to the x9000 controller the bike can go in reverse. It’s just a small perk but it comes in handy every once in a while
The trip meter on the main screen is one you can reset whenever you want to track mileage for a ride. it auto resets at 620 miles or 1000km so thats probably when it reset for you.

How does that even make a difference? All good aftermarket controllers come with better displays than stock and have way more functionality! Why would you want to keep your display stock when a good controller includes a better one…

My friend has a stock light bee x and his is faster and has more power than mine with a x9000 controller. I have messed with the app so much tried changing phase amps, max KW, etc. still only reaches 36mph. Motor rpm at 4500 max unless downhill. Someone chime in please
Ebmx has the best motor (XLB-60 Motor) MAX STABLE ROTOR at 13000RPM. At 35k peak power is the best in the world. Though only for Sur ron. Chi 's GLADIATOR 72 MAX - 51AH SUR-RON BATTERY is the most powerful in the world.
Very misleading telling people that this controller will increase speed and torque on a stock battery. Just finished installing on my MX4 with stock battery and lost a ton of torque and top speed. Top speed went from 55 down to 36. Only buy this if you have a 72v battery!
Before you comment trying to mislead others you should make sure your controller is setup properly. There are specific settings you need to run to get the right performance on a stock battery, input these and you’ll be good to go. 135 Battery Amps 7.5kw 450 Phase Amps 70% Field Weakening Regen Throttle up to 30% From there you can increase throttle expo if the throttle isn't aggressive enough for you.

It is the best but also the most expensive. I have a KO Nano for now. I may get the 9000 next season though.
I'm in the same boat. The Nano is cool but maxed out at 12kw for 60v kinda sucks. EBMX is on my Christmas for me list.

Yes we swap sometimes and all it takes is a couple quick setting changes in the app 👍

You just need to change a couple quick setting in the app each time you swap back and forth and yes you can have it setup!

I don’t think that is an option, to check the odometer you have to go into the menu settings.

We don’t have personal experience with the bac8000 but from what we have heard is the x9000 is better. Plus it’s easier to tune and control.
